شناسایی و رتبهبندی عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقای بهرهوری نیروی انسانی با استفاده از تکنیک ANP (مطالعه موردی: مدیران و سرپرستان شرکت سیمان شهرستان درود)

چکیده مقاله :
در اﻳﻦ پژوهش سعی بر آن است تا با شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر افزایش بهره وری به خصوص در سه جنبۀ کلی( سازمانی، فردی و محیطی) و رتبه بندی آنها نتایجی سودمندی ارائه شود. بر این اساس با استفاده از نظر "مدیران و سرپرستان شرکت سیمان" تعداد 25 عامل شناسایی شد که با قرار گرفتن در قالب یک پرسش نامه غربالگری به تعداد 16 عامل تقلیل یافتند. روابط داخلی این عوامل توسط پرسش نامه ماتریس همبستگی عوامل شناسایی و بر اساس این روابط، یک پرسش نامه زوجی(ANP) طرحریزی و توسط نرمافزار Super Decisions تحلیل شدند. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، از نوع کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی محسوب می شود. از آنجایی که از صاحب نظران آگاه برای تعیین میزان اهمیت و صحت گویه های مربوط به پرسشنامه استفاده شده است، لذا پرسشنامه از روایی لازم برخوردار می باشد. پایایی پرسشنامه با توجه به نرخ سازگاری که کمتر از (1/0) بود، تأیید شد. در نهایت با تحلیل داده ها، عوامل سازمانی رتبه اول و عوامل فردی و محیطی به ترتیب رتبههای دیگر رو به خود اختصاص دادند.
The study, has attempted to identify and rank the effective factors on man-power productivity promotion, especially in three general aspects (organizational, personal, and environmental) .In this regard, using the "Managers and supervisors points of view Cement company. ", 25 factors were identified that were reduced to 16 factors through a screening questionnaire. Internal relations of these factors were identified through the correlation matrix inventory and Analytic Network Process (ANP) was designed, The data were analyzed using Super Decisions software. This applied study was a descriptive one in terms of method. Reliability of the questionnaire was verified with regard to compliance rate of less than 0.1. Finally, after data analysis, environmental factors received the third rank after organizational and personal factors.
