بررسی رابطه بین خلاقیت اعضای هیأت علمی با اثربخشی آموزشی و پژوهشی آنان در دانشگاههای آزاد اسلامی (مطالعه موردی:شهرستانهای مغان)

هدف اساسی این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین خلاقیت و اثربخشی آموزشی و پژوهشی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاههای آزاد اسلامی شهرستانهای مغان است . این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است . جامعه آماری متشکل از کلیه اعضای هیأت علمی و دانشجویان در سال 1387 به ترتیب به تعداد 100 نفر،3460 نفر که با استفاده از جدول مورگان، نمونه آماری به ترتیب 80 و800 نفر از طریق روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای نسبتی می باشد . برای جمع آوری اطلاعات ازدو نوع پرسشنامه که پایایی و روایی آنها به ترتیب 72/0 و 77/0 محاسبه شده بود استفاده گردید. برای آزمون فرضیه ها از همبستگی پیرسون و آنالیز واریانس یک راهه استفاده شده است. نتایج آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق نشان می دهد که بین خلاقیت اعضای هیأت علمی و اثربخشی آموزشی و پژوهشی آنها رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. بین خلاقیت اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی شهرستانهای مغان تفاوت وجود دارد و همچنین اثربخشی آموزشی و پژوهشی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی شهرستانهای مغان متفاوت است .(05/0p<)
This research aims to investigate the relationship between the academic staff’s creativity and their educational and research effectiveness in the Islamic Azad universities of Moghan townships. The research is applied-descriptive of correlational type. The statistical population consists of all the academic staff and the students in the year 2008, the numbers being 100 and 3460 respectively, from which the samples, 80 and 800, were taken by relative-stratified sampling method according to Morgan Table. In order to collect data, two questionnaires were used, the validity and reliability of which were 0.72 and 0.77, respectively. In order to test the hypotheses, Pearson correlation and one-way ANOVA were used. The results indicate that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between the academic staff members’ creativity and their educational and research effectiveness. There is a difference in the creativity of the academic staff members of Islamic Azad Universities around Moghan townships. Furthermore, their educational and research effectiveness is also different (P<0.05).
