ارائه مدل مفهومی تأثیر استراتژیهای مدیریت تولید و عملیات بر مزیّت رقابتی پایدار در صنعت خودرو ایران (مورد مطالعه: شرکتهای خودروسازی تهران)

چکیده مقاله :
در این مقاله تأثیر استراتژیهای تولید خودرو بر کسب مزیّت رقابتی پایدار تولیدکنندگان داخلی با ارائه مدلی جدید بررسی شده است. این پژوهش کمّی از نظر هدف کاربردی، از حیث ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات از نوع توصیفی (غیرآزمایشی) است. ازآنجاییکه از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری برای بررسی روابط بین ابعاد مدل استفاده شد، در بین پژوهشهای همبستگی از نوع تحلیل ماتریس واریانس-کوواریانس است. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد و روایی آن با روشهای روایی محتوا و روایی سازه و پایایی آن با روش آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش مدیران ارشد شرکتهای خودروسازی واقع در شهر تهران بودند. بعد از نمونهگیری تصادفی 384 پرسشنامه تکمیل شد و بر اساس آن آزمون فرضیهها و تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها انجام گردید. متغیرهای هزینه، کیفیت، تنوع و انعطافپذیری متغیر مکنون مزیت رقابتی پایدار را تبیین میکنند. همچنین استراتژیهای کایزن، سازماندهی منابع سازمانی، بهموقع بودن و مدیریت زنجیره تأمین، متغیر مکنون استراتژیهای تولید خودروسازان ایرانی را تبیین میکند. بر اساس یافتهها، مؤلفههای استراتژی تولید و عملیات بر مزیت رقابتی پایدار صنایع خودروسازی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.
The aim of the current quantitative applied research was to design a model for the investigation of the extent to which automobile production strategies may impact domestic manufacturers’ sustainable competitive advantage. The research data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire whose construct and content validity had been confirmed and its reliability had been verified through Cronbach alpha. The research population comprised senior managers of automobile manufacturing companies located in Tehran, Iran from whom a random sample was selected. The data obtained from 384 completed questionnaires were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling to find out the relationship among various factors of the model and the Variance-Covariance analysis. The findings emerging from the study revealed that the latent variable of sustainable competitive advantage was delineated by cost, quality, diversity, and flexibility; and that the latent variable of domestic automobile manufacturers’ production and operations strategies were delineated by Kaizen strategies, enterprise resource planning, punctuality, and supply chain management models. Research findings bore on the significant positive effects of production and operations strategies on Iranian automotive industries sustainable competitive advantage.
