بررسی همبستگی مدیریت استعداد و هوش سازمانی با تمایل به کارآفرینی

چکیده مقاله :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه مدیریت استعداد و هوش سازمانی با تمایل به کارآفرینی مربیان مراکز آموزش فنی و حرفه ای استان همدان در سال تحصیلی97-1396 انجام شده است. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می باشد. جامعه آماری شامل مربیان مراکز آموزش فنی و حرفه ای استان همدان به حجم171 است که با استفاده از روش سرشماری171 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده های پژوهش از سه پرسش نامه استاندارد هوش سازمانی، مدیریت استعداد و تمایل به کارآفرینی استفاده شد. روایی پرسش نامه ها با استفاده از روایی محتوایی و صوری، و پایایی آن نیز از طریق ضریب آلفای کرانباخ محاسبه و به ترتیب 0/96، 0/97 و0/93 برآورد گردید. داده های تحقیق پس از جمع آوری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss و لیزرل با معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد: در مراکز آموزش فنی و حرفه ای استان همدان ارتباط مستقیم و معنادار به صورت دو به دو بین هوش سازمانی و مدیریت استعداد با تمایل به کارآفرینی مربیان وجود دارد. در بررسی فرضیه های فرعی نتایج نشان داد که بین هوش سازمانی و مؤلفه های آن با تمایل به کارآفرینی و مؤلفه های آن رابطه مثبت وجود دارد و اینکه هوش سازمانی پیش بینی کننده تمایل به کارآفرینی مربیان می باشد. همچنین بین مدیریت استعداد و مؤلفه های آن با تمایل به کارآفرینی و مؤلفه های آن رابطه مثبت وجود دارد. مدیریت استعداد نیز پیش بینی کننده تمایل به کارآفرینی می باشد. در صورت در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی مدیریت استعداد، بین هوش سازمانی و مؤلفه های آن با مدیریت استعداد و مؤلفه های آن رابطه مثبت وجود دارد.
The current descriptive correlational enquiry was conducted to investigate the extent to which talent management and organizational Intelligence were significantly correlated with entrepreneurship tendency of coaches in vocational and technical training centers in Hamedan province during the academic year of 2017-2018. The research population consisted of 171 coaches who were entirely selected as the research sample using a census method. The research data were gleaned via three standardized questionnaires including The Organizational Intelligence Questionnaire; Talent Management Questionnaire and Entrepreneurship Tendency Questionnaire. The content validity of the instruments was checked and their reliability were calculated through Cronbach's alpha which showed respectively high levels of reliability, .96, .97 and .93, for the instruments. The collected research data were analyzed via SPSS software and Laserl along with Structural Equation Modelling. The results indicated that both organizational intelligence and talent management were positively and significantly correlated with coaches’ entrepreneurship tendencies. Further analyses revealed that organizational intelligence and its components were positively correlated with entrepreneurship tendency and its components. The same significant relationship was found between talent management and its components with the entrepreneurship tendency and its components. With respect to the mediating role of talent management, the findings supported a positive relationship between organizational intelligence and its components with talent management and its components.
