بررسی شیوع تکیاختههای رودهای در سگهای شهرستان تبریز

تکیاختههای رودهای سگها دارای تنوع نسبتاً زیادی بوده و شیوع آلودگی اغلب به شکل تحت بالینی و بعضاً به شکل بالینی مشاهده میشود. گونههای مختلف آنتامبا، کریپتوسپوریدیوم و ائوسیست های ایزوسپورایی در روده سگها مشاهده میشود. با توجه به اهمیت بیماریزایی انگلهای تکیاختهای گوارشی در سگها و همچنین اهمیت زِئونوتیک آنها این بررسی در سگهای ولگرد شهرستان تبریز انجام گرفت. این بررسی به مدت 12 ماه و از شهریور 1394 تا شهریور 1395 انجام شد. طی این بررسی تعداد صد نمونه مدفوع سگ از مناطق مختلف تبریز تهیه و مورد آزمایش میکروسکوپی انگلشناسی قرار گرفت. آزمایش نمونهها به روش تغلیظ با فرمل اتر انجام گرفت و همچنین برای مشاهده تکیاختههای مختلف از رنگآمیزی تریکروم و برای مشاهده تکیاخته کریپتوسپوریدیوم از روش رنگآمیزی زیلنیلسون تغییریافته استفاده گردید. از صد نمونه مدفوع بررسیشده 54 درصد واجد آلودگی به انواع تکیاختهها بودند و تکیاختههای مشاهده شده عبارت بودند از آنتامبا هیستولیتیکا، آنتامبا کولای، کریپتوسپوریدیومو ائوسیست های ایزوسپورایی. در تمامی گروههای سنی آنتامبا هیستولیتیکا واجد بالاترین شیوع و انگلکریپتوسپوریدومواجد حداقل آلودگی در تمامی ردههای سنی بود. با توجه به شیوع بالای آلودگی، دادن آگاهی و آموزشهای لازم به صاحبان سگها توسط دامپزشکان تا حد زیادی میتواند گسترش بیماری در انسان و دام را جلوگیری کند.
Intestinal protozoa in dogs have a fairly large variety, and infection is often subclinical and sometimes clinical. Different species such as Entamoeba spp., Isospora oocysts and Cryptosporidium spp can be seen in the dog’s intestine. Due to the importance of pathogenic protozoan parasites in the intestines of dogs and their zoonotic importance, this study was conducted on stray dogs in Tabriz city. This study was carried out from August 2015 to 2016, for a period of 12 months. During this study, one hundred fecal samples of dogs were obtained from different regions of Tabriz city and then microscopic parasitological examination was performed. Samples were condensed with formal ether, and also, to observe different protozoan parasites and Cryptosporidium spp. trichrome and modified Ziehl–Neelsen staining was used respectively. From one hundred examined stool samples, 54% were infected with various types of protozoa including Entamoeba hystolica, Entamoeba coli, Isospora, Sarcocystis and Cryptosporidium spp. In all age groups, Entamoeba hystolica and Cryptosporidium spp. had the highest and lowest infection prevalence respectively. Given the high prevalence rate of protozoan infection, providing necessary awareness and training to dog owners by veterinarians can greatly prevent the spread of disease in humans and animals.
