قارچها از ساکنین طبیعی سطح چشم حیوانات سالم به شمار میروند، اما تحت شرایط خاص مانند ضربات چشمی قادر به ایجاد بیماری میگردند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل قارچی جدا شده از چشم سالم گاوهای هلشتاین در منطقه ارومیه انجام شد. سوابها از ملتحمه هر دو چشم 40 رأس گاو هلشتاین سالم اخذ شد و در محیطهای سابرو دکستروز آگار و عصاره مالت کشت داده شدند. پلیتها در دمای 25 درجه سلسیوس و به مدت 14 روز نگهداری شدند. تاثیر سن و جنس میزبان بر فراوانی جدایهها با استفاده از نرم افزار SAS و آزمونهای دقیق فیشر و من ویتنی مورد تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. در کل تعداد 34 قارچ رشتهای از 24 رأس گاو (60 درصد) و از 27 چشم (75/33 درصد) جدا گردید. جدایهها به ترتیب فراوانی شامل جنسهای آسپرژیلوس(12/44 درصد)، کورولاریا (59/20 درصد)، پنیسیلیوم (7/14 درصد)، پزودآلشریا (7/14 درصد)، فوزاریوم (94/2 درصد) و اسکوپولاریوپسیس (94/2 درصد) بودند. میزان جداسازی قارچها در گاوهای مسنتر (04/0=p) و گاوهای نر (032/0=p) از فراوانی معنیداری برخوردار بود. مطالعه حاضر اولین گزارش از ارزیابی فلور قارچی چشم سالم گاوهای هلشتاین ایرانی است.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Fungi are considered as normal inhabitants of the ocular surface of healthy animals, however under certain conditions such as eye trauma could cause disease. This study was conducted with the purpose of identifying the fungal isolates of healthy eyes from Holstein cattle in Urmia district . Conjunctival swabs were taken from both eyes of 40 healthy Iranian Holstein cattle and cultured onto Sabouraud dextrose agar and malt extract agar. Plates were incubated at 25°C for 14 days. Effect of host age and sex on prevalence of isolates were analyzed by mann whitney and fisher’s exact tests using SAS software. Overall, 34 filamentous fungi were isolated from 24 (60%) cattle and 27 (33.75%) eyes. The isolated fungal genera in order of frequency were Aspergillus (44.12%), Curvularia (20.59%), Penicillium (14.7%), Pseudallescheria (14.7%), Fusarium (2.97%) and Scopulariopsis (2.97%). Isolation rate of fungi in older cattle (p=0.04) and male cattle (p=0.032) was significantly higher. This is the first report of ocular fungal flora in Iranian Holstein cattle.
