چکیده مقاله :

هدف از این مقاله بررسی رابطه سبک اسنادی و سبک کنارآمدن با استرس با سرمایه روانشناختی زنان سرپرست خانوار شهر زنجان در 3 ماه آخر سال 1394 انجام گرفته است. به این منظور از 1750 نفر زنان سرپرست خانوار که براساس جدول مورگان تعداد320 نفر به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تصادفی انتخاب شده اند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های سرمایه روانشناختی(PCQ)، سبک اسنادی (ASQ) و سبک کنار آمدن با استرس اندلر و پارکر استفاده شده است و پژوهش از نوع همبستگی می باشد. برای تحلیل داده ها و بررسی فرضیه های پژوهش نیز از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون و با استفاده از نرم افزار کامپیوتری SPSS نسخه 22 کمک گرفته شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که بین سبک اسنادی و سبک کنار آمدن با استرس با سرمایه روانشناختی زنان سرپرست خانوار رابطه مثبت و معناداری (01/0p<) وجود دارد. و همچنین در خرده مقیاس های اسناد کلی منفی همبستگی منفی معنی دار (05/0 p<)وجود دارد. در سبک کنار آمدن با استرس مساله مداری با سرمایه روانشناختی همبستگی مثبت معنی دار،(01/0p<) وجود دارد. و همچنین در سبک کنارآمدن با استرس هیجان مداری و اجتنابی با سرمایه روانشناختی در زنان سرپرست خانوار همبستگی منفی معنی دار (01/0p<) وجود دارد. در مجموع می توان نتیجه گرفت سبک های اسنادی و سبک کنار آمدن با استرس می تواند سرمایه روانشناختی زنان سرپرست خانوار را پیش بینی کند.
