چکیده مقاله :
هدف از این تحقیق ارتباط بین یادگیری سازمانی با توانمندسازی روانشناختی از طریق فناوری اطلاعات در کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان فارس می باشد. این تحقیق کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، تمامی کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان فارسبه تعداد 114نفر بود، که از این تعداد 81 نفر به عنوان نمونه و به روش نمونه گیری کل شمار انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری دادهها پرسشنامه های استاندارد یادگیری سازمانی( نیفه،2001)، توانمندسازی روانشناختی(اسپریتزر ،1995) و فناوری اطلاعات(لورتز و همکاران،2004) بود. برای توصیف دادهها از روش های آمار توصیفی و برای تجزیه استنباطی دادهها از روشهای آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، ریگرسیون و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد که بین یادگیری سازمانی و توانمندسازی روانشناختی و بین یادگیری سازمانی و فناوری اطلاعات رابطه ی معناداری وجود نداشت. ولی بین فناوری اطلاعات و توانمندسازی روانشناختی رابطه ی معناداری وجود داشت. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که ارتباط بین یادگیری سازمانی با توانمندسازی روانشناختی از طریق فناوری اطلاعات معنادار نبود.
چکیده انگلیسی:
The aim of this research was the Relationship Between Organizational Learning with Psychological Empowerment in Staff of Fars's Sports and Youth Department. The research statistical population includes the staff of Sports and Youth Department of Fars and the number was 114 individuals. From 114 individuals, 81 individuals were chosen as the sample. Data collection was conducted by the use of standard questionnaires of Organizational Learning(Nefe, 2001) and psychological empowerment (Spreitzer, 1995). Descriptive statistics were used for data description and Pearson correlation coefficient and regression were used for inferential analysis. Results showed that Organizational Learning had not a positive and significant relation with psychological empowerments of examinees. Also , results showed that Organizational Learning had not the ability to predict the examinees’ psychological empowerments. Also , results showed that Organizational Learning had not the ability to predict the examinees’ psychological empowerments. Also , results showed that Organizational Learning had not the ability to predict the examinees’ psychological empowerments.
