In the current competitive environment, it is very important to produce and present products of interest to customers in the market so that companies can compete with foreign and domestic competitors, which requires choosing and implementing a suitable and valuable production strategy in order to achieve a competitive advantage and, more importantly, to make it sustainable. The aim of the Investigating the impact of lean production factors, agile production, sustainable chain and production resilience on sustainable production in the heavy vehicle industry. The mentioned research is descriptive-analytical in terms of its fundamental purpose and research method. In this research, with a review of the theoretical research literature and interviews with experts, the most important dimensions and criteria of sustainability that are effective in production in the company were modeled. In this research, the statistical population is the managers and experts of one of the factories in the heavy automotive industry (Iran Khodro Diesel). Also, in carrying out the simulations of the present research with Vensim software, a time horizon of 5 months was considered and quantitative values and relationships between the variables were also determined using a semi-structured interview. In the present study, four factors of lean production, agile production, sustainable and green supply chain, as well as production resilience were recognized as the main and effective factors on sustainable production in the heavy vehicle industry, which were evaluated and measured in the simulation model, investigation and their effects.
