مدیریت طراحی فراخدمات مبتنی بر ماکروارگونومی: راهکاری پیشنهادی برای رویارویی با تهدید های ناشی از بیماری کرونا

امروزه روند طراحی و تولید محصول و ارایه خدمات از سرعت بالایی برخوردار است اما علیرغم این رشد و توسعه، چالش های کنونی جوامع بشری در خصوص سلامت اجتماعی و رویارویی با کرونا، محدودیت های شدیدی را ایجاد کرده که به نوعی ساختار طراحی خدمات مبتنی بر اصول طراحی صنعتی را تا حد نگران گننده ای تحت الشعاع خود قرار داده است . از این رو برای رفع مشکل اخیر در این پژوهش موردی – توصیفی ضمن استخراج نتایج پرسشنامه های تکمیل شده از سوی 171 کارشناس حوزه طراحی صنعتی و بررسی مستندات مربوط به شیوع کرونا در کشور مبتنی بر آمار وزارت بهداشت و هم چنین با تکیه بر تجارب دو دهه ی اخیر نگارنده در حوزه ی طراحی ارگونومیک، الگویی تحت عنوان طراحی فراخدمات پیشنهاد گردید. الگوی مزبور که به نوعی پارادایم جدیدی در طراحی خدمات تلقی می شود، تلفیقی از طراحی خدمات، ماکروارگونومی و طراحی ترعیبی است.
Today,, the process of designing, producing products, and providing services are very fast. However,, despite the mentioned development,, there are some sorts of challenges for societies in terms of social health and coping with corona. Also, these challenges make some concerns with service design and industrial design disciplines. Therefore, in order to solve the recent problem in this case-descriptive study was done. In this regards, 200 questionnaires which filled out by participants as volunteer samples, in which 171 valid and related questionnaires were analyzed. Also, the registered documents for the prevalence of corona in the country based on the Iran Ministry of Health report was considered. According to the author's experience and the mentioned gathered data, the author recommended a new paradigm entitled post-service design to cope with Corona (Covid-19) related problems The proposed paradigm is an integrated model based on three fields of macro-ergonomics, service design and persuasive design.
