شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر ارزیابی مدیریت زنجیره تأمین مالی(FSCM) با استفاده از از رویکرد آمیخته در صنایع تولید فولاد اصفهان

در سالهای اخیر با توجه به اهمیت مسایل مالی، ذینفعان زنجیره تأمین انتظار دارند که مسایل مالی نیز در زنجیره تأمین مورد توجه قرار گیرد. بنابراین هدف پژوهش شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر ارزیابی مدیریت زنجیره تأمین مالی در صنایع تولید فولاد اصفهان بود. پژوهش حاضر کاربردی بوده و بصورت آمیخته انجام گرفت. با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند 12 خبره آشنا به پژوهش تعیین گردید. در بخش کیفی برای کدگذاری و شناسایی عوامل از تحلیل مضمون با به کارگیری نرم افزار مکسکیودا استفاده گردید. برای اولویت بندی عوامل در بخش کمی تحلیل سلسه مراتبی با استفاده از نرم افزار سوپردسیژن به کار گرفته شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که عوامل موثر بر ارزیابی مدیریت زنجیره تأمین مالی شامل 8 مضمون کلی سرعت تحویل، رعایت قوانین، کارایی زنجیره تأمین، حمایت مدیران ارشد، پاسخگویی، فناوری اطلاعات، هزینههای زنجیره تأمین و قابلیت اطمینان میباشند. که حمایت مدیران ارشد با وزن 275/0 در اولویت اول و قابلیت اطمینان با وزن 021/0 در اولویت آخر قرار دارد. این پژوهش از اولین مطالعاتی می باشد که عوامل موثر بر ارزیابی مدیریت زنجیره تأمین مالی در صنایع تولید فولاد اصفهان را شناسایی کرده و به شرکتهای مربوطه برای به کارگیری مدیریت زنجیره تأمین مالی کمک میکند.
In recent years due to the importance of financial issues, supply chain stakeholders expect that financial issues will also be addressed in the supply chain. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the evaluation of financing chain management in Isfahan steel industry. Developmental research was applied and mixed. Using familiar sampling method, 12 experts were identified. In the qualitative part, content analysis Using MAXQDA software was used for coding and identifying the factors. Prioritization of factors in quantitative part of hierarchical analysis was performed using supersession software. The results showed that factors affecting the evaluation of financing chain management include 8 general themes of delivery speed, compliance, supply chain efficiency, senior management support, accountability, information technology, supply chain costs and reliability. That supporting senior executives with a weight of 0.275 is the first priority and reliability with a weight of 0.021 is the last priority. This study is one of the first studies to identify the factors affecting the evaluation of financing chain management in the Esfahan Steel Industry and to assist companies in applying financing chain management.
