چکیده مقاله :

ANSYS-CFX is an effective and multipurpose software which can be used for simulation the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) solutions at all levels of complexity. This software can be used for numerical solution of two and three dimensional flows, compressible and incompressible flows, viscous and non-viscous flows, laminar and turbulent flows, Newtonian and non-Newtonian flows, porous media, steady and unsteady and FIS by finite element method. Hydraulic control structure is one of the major components of irrigation and drainage systems. Circular crested weirs are extensively used in the hydraulic structures due to simple and relatively precise relationships.To evaluate the performance of ANSYS-CFX software in simulation the flow patterns over the weir crest, two different cylindrical weirs with 90 and 45 for up-and downstream angles, respectively, and also with 60 and 45 for up-and downstream angles, respectively were considered. Three different discharge and concequently three are considered for each weir shape. The results showed that the data predicted by the software in a good agreement with experimental data. The results indicate that the up-and downstream weir face angle has no significant effect on the output of the model and this model approaches work well for pressure and velocity distributions with two different cylindrical weirs angles. In general, the results of 45-90 weirs angles is better than the results of 45-60.

چکیده انگلیسی:

نرم افزار ANSYS CFX، نرم افزاری کارآمد و چند منظوره برای شبیه‌ سازی دینامیک سیالات محاسباتی (CFD) در تمام سطوح و پیچیدگی می ‌باشد. این نرم افزار از روش حجم محدود برای حل عددی جریان‌ های دو و سه بعدی، جریان‌ های تراکم‌ پذیر و تراکم ناپذیر، جریان‌ های لزج و غیرلزج، آرام و آشفته با مدل‌ های توربولانس مختلف، سیالات نیوتنی و غیرنیوتنی، محیط‌ های متخلخل، جریان‌ های دائمی و غیر دائمی، و مسائل تقابل سیال و جامد (FSI) استفاده می‌ کند. سازه‌ های کنترل و اندازه‌گیری جریان از اجزای مهم و ضروری در شبکه‌ های آبیاری و زهکشی می ‌باشند. در بین این سازه ‌ها، سرریز‌ها به علت داشتن روابط ساده و نسبتاً دقیق ازکاربرد بیشتری برخوردارند. به منظور ارزیابی نرم افزار ANSYS-CFX در شبیه‌ سازی جریان بر روی سرریز تاج دایره‌ ای، دو سرریز مجزا یکی با شیب پایین دست و بالادست به ترتیب 45 درجه و قایم و دیگری با شیب پایین دست و بالادست به ترتیب 45 درجه و 60 درجه در نظر گرفته شد. شبیه سازی جریان برای 3 دبی مختلف جریان و باطبع سه مقدار مختلف انجام گردید. نتایج نشان داد که پیش‌بینی نرم‌ افزار تطابق بسیار خوبی با مقادیر اندازه‌گیری دارد. شیب بالادست و پایین دست سرریز در خروجی مدل تأثیر چندانی نداشته و مدل به خوبی پروفیل‌ های فشار و سرعت را برای هر دو شیب شبیه ‌سازی کرده است. به طور کلی نتایج مدل در شیب 90-45 نسبت به 60-45 بهتر می ‌باشد.
