اثر بخشی آموزش والدگری امید‌محور بر خودکارآمدی والدینی مادران کودکان پیش‌دبستانی

چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثر بخشی آموزش والدگری امید‌محور بر خودکارآمدی والدینی مادران کودکان پیش‌دبستانی انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی به همراه پیش‌آزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه آزمایشی و کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل مادران کودکان پیش‌دبستانی شهر اصفهان در سال 1398 بود. نمونه آماری پژوهش شامل 30 نفر از مادران بوده که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزار مورد استفاده عبارتند از مقیاس خودکارآمدی مادران برکلی(نسخه دوم، 2005). شرکت کنندگان هر دو گروه پرسشنامه را در سه مرحله تکمیل کردند. جلسات آموزش والدگری امید‌محور طی 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای برای آزمودنی‌های گروه آزمایش ارائه گردید. داده‌ها با روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر در نرم افزار SPSS تحلیل شدند. نتایج حاصل حاکی از تاثیر آموزش والدگری امید‌محور بر افزایش خودکارآمدی والدینی و مولفه‌های پذیرش فرزند، ارزیابی مثبت فرزند، مسئولیت‌پذیری و خود‌مدیریتی مادران کودکان پیش‌دبستانی در مرحله پسآزمون و پایداری این تاثیر در مرحله پیگیری بود(05/0P<). این پژوهش می‌تواند جهت روانشناسان و مشاوران حوزه والدگری و نیز انتخاب نوع مداخله برای آموزش والدین مفید باشد.
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of hope center parenting training on parental self-efficacy of mothers of preschool children. The research method was quasi-experimental, pre-test-post-test and follow-up with experimental and control groups. The statistical population of the study was preschool children s mothers in Isfahan in 2020, of which 30 mothers were screened through accessible sampling. Finally, 30 mothers randomly assigned to the experimental group(15 mothers) and the control group(15 mothers). The applied instruments included Instructional Hope Center Parenting Package(researcher-made) and Berkekeys Self-efficacy Questionary(second version, 2005). Participants in both groups completed Berkekeys Qelf-efficacy Questionary in three stages. Data were analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variance in spss software. The results indicated the effect of the hope center parenting on the score of positive parental self-efficacy in the post-test stage and the stability of this effect was in the follow-up stage. These results suggest evidence that training of the hope center parenting to increase parental self-efficacy in mothers. This research can be useful for psychologists and counselors in the field of parenting and choosing the type of intervention to educate parents.
