چکیده مقاله :
اختلال وسواس-جبری یک بیماری روانی شدید و طولانی مدت که با رنج قابل ملاحظه و افت عملکرد همراه است. هدف پژوهش اثربخشی درمان شناختی-رفتاری خانواده محور بر سازش خانواده کودکان دارای اختلال وسواسی-جبری بود. طرح پژوهش از نوع روش نیمه آزمایشی طرح تک موردی (تک آزمودنی) بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کلیه کودکان دارای اختلال در محدوده سنی 7 تا 12سال مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره و کلینیک های روانپزشکی شهر اهواز در زمستان 1398 (مراحل پیگیری فروردین1399) بودند. نمونه ها به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس چهارکودک (و مادران شان) انتخاب و تحت مداخله درمانی شناختی- رفتاری خانواده -محور در 12 جلسه قرارگرفتند. در این پژوهش از مقیاس های وسواس-اجباری ییل براون کودک (Cahil & et al, 1997) و مقیاس سازش وتاثیر خانواده کودک (Calvocoressi & et al, 1999) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های ترسیم دیداری یا تحلیل نمودار گرافیکی، شاخص تغییر پایا و درصد بهبودی استفاده شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد شاخص پایا در مرحله درمان و پیگیری برای سازش خانواده معنی دار می باشد (05/0p<). درصد بهبودی کلی نیز نشان داد اثربخشی درمان شناختی-رفتاری خانواده - محور بر سازش خانواده درکودکان دارای اختلال بر اساس طبقه بندی بلانچارد برای چهار کودک در مرحله درمان و پیگیری، در طبقه درمان موفق قرارگرفت. پس این درمان می تواند بر سازش خانواده کودکان دارای اختلال وسواسی- جبری سودمند و کارآمد باشد.
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is a time-consuming and severe mental illness that causes significant distress and impaired functioning. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of family-based cognitive-behavioral therapy on the accommodation of children with OCD. The research plan was single case. The statistical population of this research included all the children with OCD in the range of 7-12 years who referred to counseling centers and psychiatric in Ahvaz in 2020. Samples (and with mothers) were selected by available sampling method and received family-based cognitive-behavioral therapy intervention in 12 sessions. In this study, Yale Brown Child Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Scale (1997) and the Family Accommodation Interview Scale (1999) were used. Data analysis was performed by using visual charting or graphical analysis methods, reliable change index and percentage of improvement. The results showed that reliable change index was significant for accommodation in treatment and follow-up (p <0.05). Also percentage of overall improvement showed the effectiveness of Family-Based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy on the accommodation of Children with obsessive-compulsive disorder in treatment and follow-up stages, was in Successful Treatment category in four child, Based on Blanchard's Classification and this Therapy can be beneficial and effective on accommodation of children with obsessive-compulsive disorder.
