تأثیر فشار کاری بر توسعۀ مهارت با نقش میانجی سبکهای عمومی تصمیمگیری کارکنان دانشگاه

این پژوهش با هدف تأثیر فشار کاری بر توسعۀ مهارت با نقش میانجی سبکهای عمومی تصمیمگیری کارکنان دانشگاه انجامگرفته است روش پژوهش توصیفی – پیمایشی باهدف کاربردی و از لحاظ زمانی مقطعی و با توجه به جمعآوری اطلاعات میدانی و با توجه به روش تجزیهوتحلیل اطلاعات و رابطه بین متغیرها، از نوع همبستگی بوده است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی کارکنان یکی از دانشگاههای دولتی به تعداد 322 بهصورت طبقهای انتخاب شدند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه در پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و با سطح اطمینان 95 درصد، تعداد 183 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی مورد استفاده در این تحقیق، پرسشنامههای فشار کار (QWI) (Spector & Jex, 1998)، پرسشنامۀ سبکهای عمومی تصمیمگیری اسکات و بروس (GDMS) و توسعه مهارت توسط (BoyceZaccaro & Wisecarver, 2010) بود. برای بررسی نرمال بودن دادهها از آزمون کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف و برای تحلیل دادهها از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد و برای تجزیهوتحلیل اطلاعات از نرمافزار SPSS23 و Smart Pls3 استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد فشار کاری بر سبکهای عمومی تصمیمگیری و توسعۀ مهارت تأثیر مستقیم دارد. همچنین فرضیات فرعی تحقیق نیز مورد تأیید قرار گرفت یعنی فشار کار بر تصمیمگیری و توسعۀ مهارت؛ و سبکهای عمومی تصمیمگیری بر توسعۀ مهارت نیز تأثیر مستقیم دارد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد توجه به کارکنان دانشگاه بهعنوان منابع و سرمایههای انسانی و توانمندسازی آنان از لحاظ مهارتی و سبکهای تصمیمگیری میتواند جامعۀ دانشگاهی را در مسیر توسعه و پیشرفت قرار دهد.
This research was conducted aiming to study effect of work pressure on skill development by mediating role of public decision styles university personnel. This research method is descriptive-survey by applied purpose and in viewpoint of time it is cross -section, in regard of gathering information it is of field ones and it is a correlation research regarding research analysis method. Research statistical society includes all staff a governmental university containing 322 people selected by class method. To determine sample size in this research 183 people were selected using Coachran formula and by significance level of 95 percent. Main instruments used in this research are questionnaires of Spector and Jex Work Pressure (QWI), Scott and Bruce's Decision Public Styles (GDMS) and Buis st al' s Skill Development (2010). To examine data normality Colmogroph-Smirnoph test and to analyze data structural equations method was used and to analyze information SPSS23 and Smart Pls3 software was used. Research findings show that work pressure affects public decision styles and skill development. Also, secondary hypotheses of the research were confirmed meaning that work pressure affects decision making and skill development; and public decision making styles affect skill development directly. The research results showed the attention of university staff as resources and human capital and empowerment in terms of skills and decision-making styles can drive the academic community forward.
