اثربخشی آموزش شناختی – رفتاری مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر کاهش اضطراب مرگ در بیماران مصروع

چکیده مقاله :
هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر آموزش شناختی رفتاری مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر میزان اضطراب مرگ در بیماران مصروع انجمن صرع اصفهان بود. این پژوهش از نوع نیمهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون - پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش شامل همۀ افراد مصروع مراجعهکننده به انجمن صرع است. روش نمونهگیری در این پژوهش بهصورت هدفمند بوده است بر این اساس 30 نفر از افراد مصروع که نمرات بالایی در پرسشنامه اضطراب مرگ (Tampler,1970) کسب کردند انتخاب شدند و 15 نفر در گروه آزمایش و 15 نفر در گروه گواه بهصورت تصادفی جایگزین شدند. آموزش مداخلات شناختی-رفتاری مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر روی گروه آزمایش در 8 جلسه و هر جلسه 90 دقیقه انجام گرفت. گروه گواه در این پژوهش هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکردند. در این پژوهش، برای آزمودن فرضیهها از روش تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که متغیر مستقل یعنی درمان شناختی-رفتاری مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی باعث کاهش اضطراب مرگ با (001/ > p) شده است.
This study aimed to investigate the effect of mindfulness - based cognitive - behavioral training death anxiety among epileptic patients of association of epilepsy in Isfahan. the study was a quasi-experimental one with pre and post-test and control group. The statistical population of this study consisted of all the epileptic patients of association of epilepsy in Isfahan. The sampling method was purposive and based on the purpose of the study, 30 epileptic patients who had the highest score on Death anxiety questionnaires were selected and assigned into the experimental and control groups 15 in each. mindfulness - based cognitive - behavioral training was carried out for the experimental group for eight sessions each 90 minutes and the control group. Received no instructions. The analysis of covariance was utilized to test the research hypotheses. The results indicated that mindfulness-based cognitive- behavioral training as the independent variable had a significant effect on the reduction of death anxiety (p < 0/001)
