نقش عوامل محیطی مؤثر برتخریبگرایی (وندالیسم) در کیفیت عرصههای عمومی شهری (نمونه موردی: محله کبابیان همدان

چکیده تخریب گرایی به معنی تخریب ارادی اموال عمومی، به عنوان زیرمجموعهای از جرم و یکی از مشکلات مطرح جوامع شهری امروزی میباشد. آثار تخریب گرایی علاوه بر هزینهها و خسارات مالی وارده بر سرمایههای عمومی، موجب کاهش امنیت و در پی آن کاهش سطح کیفیت عرصههای عمومی شهری میشود. روش تحقیق شامل روش توصیفی تحلیلی و همچنین روش علی پس از وقوع بوده و ابزار گرداوی اطلاعات به صورت پیمایشی با مدل سنجش از طریق مشاهدات میدانی و پرسشنامه از بین شاخص های مرکزی، میانگین و میانه و از شاخص های پراکندگی، انحراف معیار چند متغیره استفاده شده است. فرض نرمال بودن دادهها در سطح معناداری 5% با تکنیک کولموگروف-اسمیرنف آزمون شده و از آزمون t تک نمونه و آزمون میانگین جامعه با استفاده از نرمافزار spss نیز استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد، نبود نظارت عمومی، فقدان نورپردازی و وجود علایم ونشانه تخریب، از جمله عوامل مؤثر بر بروز تخریب گرایی وکاهش میزان امنیت و کیفیت فضاهای شهری هستند. بنابراین تغییردرعوامل محیطی در فضاهای شهری موجب کاهش و یا تغییر مکان وقوع رفتارهای تخریب گرایانه افراد در فضاهای شهری عمومی میشود.
