بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در صنعت گردشگری

چکیده امروزه در سازمانها به منابع انسانی بهعنوان مهمترین منابع سازمان نگریسته میشود و مدیران دریافتهاند که مهمترین عامل کسب مزیت رقابتی، منابع انسانی سازمان میباشد، از این رو امروزه توجه به مقوله تعهد منابع انسانی به سازمان و انجام هرچه بهتر نقشها وحتی وظایف فرانقشی توسط منابع انسانی یکی از دغدغههای جدّی مدیران میباشد. یکی از مباحث مطرح در این زمینه مفهوم رفتار شهروندی سازمانی است که بهعنوان اراده کارکنان برای انجام بیشتر و بالاتر از نقشهایی که به آنها واگذار شده است تعریف میشود. در صنعت گردشگری به دلیل ماهیت خدماتی این صنعت انجام رفتار شهروندی سازمانی از سوی کارکنان از اهمیت بسیار زیادی برخوردار است ازاینرو محققین در این پژوهش به بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر بروز این رفتارها در صنعت گردشگری پرداختهاند. تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نظر روش پیمایشی و جامعه آماری آن مدیران و کارشناسان گردشگری شهر شیراز میباشند. نویسندگان پس از استفاده از نرم افزار LISREL 8. 5و آزمون فرضیات نتیجه گرفتهاند که هشت عامل کلیدی اعتماد سازمانی، رهبری، رضایت شغلی، عدالت سازمانی، ماهیت شغل، ویژگیهای کارکنان، فرهنگ سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی به ترتیب بیشترین تأثیر را بر بروز رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در بین کارکنان صنعت گردشگری دارا میباشند.
