تاثیراقدامات بانکداریسبز بر عملکرد محیطزیستی بانکهای دولتی شهرستان خرمآباد

چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف: با اهمیت یافتن مسایل محیطزیستی، اکثر بانکها تلاش میکنند با برنامهریزی صحیح و بهکارگیری روش مناسب، نه تنها به اهداف اقتصادی خود دست یابند، بلکه آسیبهای محیطزیستی را نیز به حداقل ممکن برسانند. از این رو مفهوم بانکداری سبز در نظام بانکداری با هدف حمایت از محیطزیست و توسعه پایدار ظهور پیدا کرده است. نظر به اهمیت موضوع، در مقاله حاضر تاثیر اقدامات بانکداریسبز بر عملکرد محیطزیستی بانک بررسی شده است. روش بررسی: تحقیق حاضر، از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش و بازه زمانی جمعآوری دادهها نیز در زمره تحقیقات پیمایش مقطعی قرار داردکه در سال 98 انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق کارشناسان بانکهای دولتی شهرستان خرمآباد هستند که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری نمونه های در دسترس تعداد 242 نفر از آنها بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در این تحقیق از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شده که روایی آن از طریق روایی محتوایی و روایی سازه اعتبارسنجی شده است. مقدار آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی تمامی ابعاد پرسشنامه بزرگتر از 7/0 بدست آمده و تایید شده است. دادههای جمعآوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS و LISREL مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته ها: یافتههای تحقیق، بیانگر این است که بین اقدامات بانکداریسبز شامل: فعالیتهای کارکنان، عملیات روزانه، فعالیتهای مشتریمحور و سیاست بانکی و عملکرد محیطزیستی بانک همبستگی وجود دارد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به تحلیل یافته ها نتیجه گیری می شود که اجرای بانکداری سبز در بانکهای دولتی شهرستان خرم آباد بر عملکرد محیط زیست بانک اثر مثبت دارد .
Background and Objective: as environmental issues become more important in recent years, most banks are trying to achieve not only their economic goals, but also minimize the environmental damage by proper planning and application of appropriate methods. Hence, the concept of green banking has emerged in the banking system with the aim of protecting the environment and sustainable development. Due to the importance of the issue, in the present article, the impact of green banking measures on the environmental performance of the bank has been investigated. Material and Methodology: the present study is a cross-sectional survey in terms of practical purpose and method and time frame of data collection. The statistical population of this study is the experts of state-owned banks in Khorramabad city, of which 242 people were selected as a sample using random sampling method. In this study, a standard questionnaire was used, the validity of which was validated through content validity and construct validity. Cronbach's alpha value and combined reliability of all dimensions of the larger questionnaire were obtained from 0.7. Which is approved. the collected data were analyzed using SPSS and LISREL statistical software. Findings: Findings indicate that green banking practices include: daily actions, customer oriented activities and bank’s policy have a significant impact on the environmental performance of the bank. Discussion and Conclusion: according to research finding, it has been conclouded that green banking in governmental banks in Khortamabad conty has positive impact on environmental performance.
