چکیده مقاله :
زمینه هدف: پایداری زیست محیطی یکی از اساسیترین مسائل شهر امروزی و حاصل تعارض و تقابل آنها بـا محـیط طبیعـی است و با گسترش شهر و شهرنشینی، مظاهر و ارزشهای زیست محیطی در معرض شکنندگی بیشـتر قـرار گرفته است. از این رو نوشتار حاضر میکوشد با استفاده از پیشرانهای زیستمحیطی وضعیت حاکم بر پایداری زیست محیطی شهر را مورد ارزیابی قرار دهد.روش پژوهش: این پژوهش به لحاظ روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و به لحاظ هدف از نوع کاربردی می باشد. قلمرو زمانی این پژوهش (مرداد 1396)[1] و محدوده مکانی آن منطبق بر (محدوده بافت مرکزی شهر زنجان منطبق بر آخرین طرح مصوب در سال1388( 492هکتار) بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش افراد ساکن بافت مرکزی و حجم نمونه نیز بر طبق فرمول کوکران 491 نفر برآورد شده است..یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج بهدستآمده از طریق تکنیک ترکیبی TOPSIS-ANP ، پس از تبدیل امتیازهای نهایی در بازه (100، 0) و با در نظر گرفتن ارزش کمی واحد سنجش اکونومیست از بین محلات واقع در بافت فرسوده 51 درصد دارای وضعیت زیستمحیطی متوسط به پایین میباشد که باید در برنامهریزی بهمنظور پایداری بافت مدنظر قرار بگیرند.بحث و نتیجه گیری: تجمع عوامل جاذب سرمایه و فعالیت در بافت فرسوده بخش مرکزی شهر زنجان از یکسو و کمبود اشغال کامل اراضی از طرف دیگر؛ موجب تراکم و تمرکز شدید انواع فعالیتها در این ناحیه شده است. این پدیده به اشباع کاربریها، تجزیه بیش از حد اراضی، پیچیدگی نظام مالکیت و اجاره زمین، بهرهکشی نامناسب و شدید از فضا منجر شده که خود زمینهساز انواع آلایشها و تعارضهای دیگر بوده است.[1]- Cross sectional
چکیده انگلیسی:
Purpose context: Environmental sustainability is one of the most fundamental issues of today's city and is the result of their conflict and confrontation with the natural environment, and with the expansion of the city and urbanization, environmental manifestations and values are exposed to more fragility. Hence, this paper tries to evaluate the prevailing situation of environmental sustainability of the city by using environmental drivers.Research method: This research is descriptive-analytical and applied in terms of purpose. The time domain of this research was (August 2016) and its spatial area was in accordance with the area of the central fabric of Zanjan city according to the last plan approved in 2018 (492 hectares). It is estimated.Findings: Based on the results obtained through the TOPSIS-ANP combined technique, after converting the final points in the interval (100, 0) and considering the quantitative value of the Economist measurement unit, among the localities located in the worn out context, 51% have an average environmental status. It is low that should be considered in the planning for the stability of the texture.Discussion and conclusion: the accumulation of factors attracting capital and activity in the worn-out fabric of the central part of Zanjan city on one hand and the lack of complete land occupation on the other hand; It has caused the density and concentration of all kinds of activities in this area. This phenomenon has led to the saturation of uses, excessive fragmentation of land, the complexity of the land ownership and lease system, inappropriate and intense exploitation of space, which itself has been the foundation of all kinds of pollution and other conflicts.
