چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف: قیر یکی از مواد پرکاربرد در صنایع، به ویژه صنعت راه و ساختمان می باشد. در این تحقیق تلاش شده است به جهت بهبود خواص قیر خالص به بررسی تغییرات خواص فیزیکی کامپوزیت قیر حاوی مواد بازیافتی از جمله موی سر، پشم گوسفند، پودر شیشه، پر مرغ، و خاک اره پرداخته و نتایج با قیر خالص مقایسه شود. استفاده از مواد بازیافتی علاوه بر کمک به محیط زیست می تواند موجب کاهش هزینه ماده نهایی گردد.
روش بررسی: بررسی خواص از جمله هدایت حرارتی، عبور صوت، لزجت، خاصیت انگمی، قابلیت نفوذ، و مقاومت فشاری در این تحقیق به صورت آزمایشگاهی در طی سالهای 1399 و 1400 طبق روش های معتبر و استاندارد می باشد.
یافته ها: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داده است که استفاده از خاک اره خاصیت مقاومت حرارتی و مقاومت کششی تقویت می کند و موی سر خاصیت عایق صوتی ماده خالص را تقویت می کند. به طور کلی افزودنی های مذکور تاثیر نامطلوبی روی لزجت ماده اولیه داشتند اما در مقاومت فشاری ماده اولیه تاثیر محسوسی مشاهده نشد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: طبق این تحقیق افزودن مواد بازیافتی میتواند برخی خواص قیر خالص را بهبود ببخشد و می توان با توجه به کاربری قیر در صنعت مورد نظر، از افزودنی هایی که خاصیت مورد نظر را تقویت می کنند استفاده نمود.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Background and Objective: Bitumen is one of the most widely used materials in industries, especially the road and construction industry. In this research, an attempt has been made to investigate and compared the effects of changes in the physical properties of bitumen composites containing recycled materials such as Hair, Fleece, Glass powder, stuffed chicken and Sawdust with pure bitumen to improve pure bitumen features. Using recycled materials either to save the environment as well as reduce the cost of final material.
Material and Methodology This experimental research is used standard and validated methods to investigate thermal conductivity, sound transmission, viscosity, angularity, permeability, and compressive strength.
Findings: Results has shown that the use of sawdust enhances thermal and strength resistance and also use of human hair enhances sound resistance of this pure material. In general, these additives had an adverse effect on viscosity of the raw material. But no significant effect was observed in the compressive strength of the raw material.
Discussion and Conclusion: according to this investigation, adding recycled materials can improved some of properties of pure bitumen and as for type of bitumen usage in special industry, it can applied amplifier recycled additive in bitumen.
