بررسی نقش دولت و سازمانهای مردم نهاد در خدمت رسانی بهداشتی به آسیب دیدگان کرونا (مورد مطالعه شهر تهران)

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: در سطح جهانی، همهگیری کووید-19 تأثیرات بسیاری داشته است خصوصا در بخش بهداشتی با کمبود ها و آسیب های جدی همراه شد. در این زمان آنچه اهمیت داشت نحوه خدمت رسانی به مردم جهت جلوگیری از گسترش و کنترل بیماری و همچنین تامین اقدام بهداشتی مربوط به آن بود. از این رو هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی نقش دولت و سازمانهای مردم نهاد در خدمت رسانی بهداشتی به آسیب دیدگان کرونا است. روش تحقیق: بصورت تلفیقی کمی و کیفی صورت گرفت در بخش کیفی از روش مصاحبه و در بخش کمی از پرسشنامه جهت جمع آوری دادهها استفاده شد و با نرم افزار spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری تحقیق با استفاده از فرمول کوکران در بخش کمی 384 نفر برآورد شد و در بخش کیفی با 12 نفر مصاحبه شد. یافتهها: نشان داد که حمایت بهداشتی سازمانهای مردمنهاد دارای امتیاز بیشتری از حمایت بهداشتی دولت است. نتیجه گیری: در تفسیر این نتیجه میتوان گفت سازمانهای مردمنهاد در تهیهی اقلام بهداشتی مانند ماسک و الکل کاملا خدمات رایگان ارائه میدادند؛ این اقدام تحسین برانگیز بویژه در آغاز شیوع کرونا در سال 2019 بسیار مشهود بود در حالی که دولت در آن برهه کاملا غافلگیر شده بود.
Introduction: At the global level, the covid-19 epidemic has had many effects, especially in the health sector, and was accompanied by serious shortages and injuries. At this time, what was important was how to serve the people in order to prevent the spread and control of the disease, as well as providing health measures related to it. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to examine the role of the government and non-governmental organizations in providing health services to those affected by Corona. Research method: it was conducted in a quantitative and qualitative manner, in the qualitative part of the interview method and in the quantitative part of the questionnaire, a questionnaire was used to collect data and it was analyzed with spss software. The statistical population of the research was estimated to be 384 people using Cochran's formula in the quantitative part and 12 people were interviewed in the qualitative part. Findings: It showed that the health support of non-governmental organizations has more points than the health support of the government. Conclusion: In the interpretation of this result, it can be said that NGOs provided completely free services in the provision of health items such as masks and alcohol; This admirable action was especially evident at the beginning of the Corona outbreak in 2019, while the government was completely surprised at that time.
