شناسایی مؤلفههای سازمانهای مُبلغ (مأموریتمحور) در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران

مقدمه: وقتیکه ایدئولوژی سازمانی یک سازمان، بسیار قوی شود، میتواند تمامی ساختار را تحت تأثیر خود قرار دهد؛ و در نهایت ساختاری به وجود میآید که آن را ساختار مُبلغ (ماموریت محور) میگوید. لذا پژوهش حاضر، باهدف شناسایی مؤلفههای سازمانهای مُبلغ انجامشده است. روش پژوهش: بهمنظور رسیدن به این هدف، در مرحله کیفی ضمن بررسی ادبیات موضوع با روش تحلیل مضمون و مصاحبههای نیمه عمیق از 15 نفر خبرگان که اساتید و مدیران دانشگاه علوم پزشگی تهران بودند با روش نمونه گیری غیر تصادفی هدفمند انتخاب شدند؛ برای سنجش روایی مضامین و اعتبار سنجی، از طریق زاویه بندی داده و برای محاسبه پایایی از روش هولستی که با ضریب 98/0 تأیید شدند. و با استفاده از نرمافزار مکسکیودا شماره 12، معیارهای مؤثر بر سازمانهای مبلغ شناسایی شد. یافتهها: تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای کیفی، منجر به شکلگیری پنجاه و یک مضمون پایه و یازده مضمون سازمان دهنده و سه مضمون فراگیر شامل مؤلفههای پیکربندی، مؤلفههای محتوایی و مؤلفههای ساختاری شد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان دادند که معیار ایدئولوژی سازمانی جزء معیارهای اساسی و بازیکنان کلیدی است که در سازمانهای مُبلغ وجودش ضروری است و باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
Introduction: When the organizational ideology of an organization becomes very strong, it can affect the entire structure; and finally, there is a structure that is called the missionary (mission-oriented) structure. Therefore, the current research was carried out with the aim of identifying the components of missionary organizations. Methods: Method: In order to achieve this goal, In the qualitative phase, while reviewing the subject literature through Thematic Analysis approach, and semi-in-depth interviews of 15 experts who were professors and managers of Tehran University of Medical Sciences were selected by non-random sampling method; To measure the validity of the themes and validation, through data angle and to calculate the reliability of the Holsty method, which were confirmed with a coefficient of 0.98. And with the use of MAXQDA No. 12 software, effective criteria on missionary organizations were identified. Results: Qualitative data analysis led to the formation of fifty-one basic themes and eleven organizing themes and three overarching themes including configuration components, content components and structural components. Conclusion: The results showed that the criterion of organizational ideology is one of the basic criteria and key players, which is necessary and should be taken into account in the organization of the missionary organizations.
