تعیین راهبردهای مقابله با ریسکهای زنجیره تأمین گردشگری سلامت (مورد مطالعه: بیمارستان آیتالله یثربی کاشان)

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: امروزه در محیطهای پویا، ریسکهای موجود در زنجیره تأمین افزایش مییابد. شرکتها دریافته اند که ریسک زنجیره تأمین میتواند تأثیر منفی بر عملکرد و بهرهوری سازمان داشته باشد؛ در نتیجه شناسایی راهبردهای مقابله با ریسک بسیار ضروری است. این موضوع در زنجیره تأمین گردشگری سلامت نیز صادق است؛ فلذا هدف اصلی پژوهش شناسایی ریسکهای زنجیره تأمین گردشگری سلامت و تعیین راهبردهای مقابله با آن میباشد.روش پژوهش: در فاز اول ریسکهای زنجیره تأمین گردشگری سلامت ازطریق مصاحبه با خبرگان زنجیره تأمین گردشگری سلامت بیمارستان آیتالله یثربی کاشان شناسایی گردید. نمونهگیری بهصورت قضاوتی و گلولهبرفی انجام شد و مصاحبه با 18 نفر به صورت چند مرحلهای صورت گرفت که حدود 30 ساعت طول کشید. در فاز دوم پنلی متشکل از خبرگان تشکیل شد و راهبردهای مقابله با ریسکهای شناسایی شده طی 6 جلسه تعیین گردید.یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از مصاحبه با خبرگان منجر به شناسایی 75 ریسک گردید که پس از 10 بار مرور مستمر کدهای استخراجی، در قالب 5 دسته کلی ریسکهای تأمین، داخلی، تقاضا، مدیریت زنجیره تأمین و خارجی طبقهبندی شد و در نهایت از طریق تشکیل پنل خبرگان، برای هر ریسک راهبردهای مقابله مشخص گردید.نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش رویکرد جدیدی در خصوص ریسکهای زنجیره تأمین گردشگری سلامت ارائه نموده و آن نگاه زنجیره تأمین است. تعداد 36 ریسک جدید در زنجیره تأمین گردشگری سلامت شناسایی شدند که ریسکهای خارجی و تأمین بیشتر مورد تأکید قرار گرفتهاند. بنابراین بررسی ریسکهای زنجیره تأمین گردشگری سلامت و تعیین راهبردهای مقابله برای کشورهایی که علاقهمند به توسعه و بهبود این صنعت هستند، بسیار حائز اهمیت است.
Introduction: Today, in dynamic environments, the risks in the supply chain increase. Companies have realized that risk in the supply chain can have a negative impact on the performance and productivity of the organization; therefore, it is essential to identify risk management strategies. This is also true in the health tourism supply chain; therefore, the main purpose of this study is to identify the risks of the health tourism supply chain and to determine the strategies to deal with the identified risks.Methods: In the first phase, the risks of health tourism supply chain were identified through interviews with experts of Ayatollah Yathribi Hospital in Kashan, and in the second phase, a panel of experts was formed and strategies to deal with identified risks were determined.Results: The results of interviews with experts led to the identification of 75 risks in the form of 5 general categories of supply, internal, demand, supply chain management and external risks, which were finally identified through the formation of a panel of experts for each risk coping strategies.Conclusion: This study has presented a new approach to health tourism supply chain risks. Thus, most of the identified risks are related to the category of internal risks. Therefore, paying attention to the causes of risk can prevent their occurrence.
