تاثیر توانمندی منابع انسانی بر نوآوری در خدمات درمانی بیمارستانهای خصوصی

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: تحولات ایجاد شده در تعداد بیمارستانهای خصوصی از یک طرف و از طرف دیگر افزایش نیازهای بیمار به عنوان مشتری بیمارستانهای خصوصی باعث شده است که توجه به نوآوری در ارایه خدمات مورد توجه جدی قرار بگیرد. اهمیت توانمندی منابع انسانی به عنوان مشوق ارائه اقدامات جدید امری انکارناپذیر است. هدف پژوهش حاضر سنجش تاثیر توانمندی منابع انسانی بر نوآوری در خدمات درمانی در بیمارستانهای خصوصی استان البرز بود. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی، پیمایشی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی بود. در این پژوهش پس از بررسی روایی پرسشنامه با رویکرد صوری و پایایی پرسشنامه با آزمون آلفای کرونباخ، پرسشنامه بین 303 نفر از کادر تخصصی درمان بیمارستانهای خصوصی استان البرز متشکل از 4 بیمارستان به عنوان نمونه آماری که با روش تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب شده بودند توزیع شد. دادههای این پژوهش با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمونهای آمار استنباطی تحلیل واریانس یک سویه و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه تحلیل شد. یافتهها: مطابق نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه و رگرسیون چند متغیره توانمندی منابع انسانی در ابعاد تحصیلات (0/000=P)، ابتکار (0/000=P)، انعطافپذیری ادراک (0/000=P)، تعهد سازمانی (0/001=P)، تسهیم دانش (0/002=P) و فرهنگ نوآوری (0/001=P) بر نوآوری خدمات درمانی تاثیر معناداری دارد. نتیجهگیری: مدیران بیمارستانها ضروریست به منظور بهبود نوآوری خدمات درمانی بیش از پیش به توانمندسازی منابع انسانی و ارتقاء آن در بیمارستان توجه داشته باشند.
Introduction: Recent growth in the number of private hospitals on one hand; and on the other hand, the increasing needs of the patient as a client of private hospitals have resulted in rising attention to have innovation in providing services. The importance of human resources' capabilities as promoters of supplying modern services is undeniable. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of HR capabilities on health care innovation within private hospitals of Alborz Province. Methods: This research was in the category of descriptive, Surveying studies and had a practical objective. In this research, after assessing the validity of the questionnaire, in terms of form and reliability comliance with Cronbach's alpha test, it was distributed among 303 of professional medical staff from 4 private hospitals of Alborz Province which were selected by random cluster sampling as our statistical samples. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, inferential statistics of one-way variance analysis and multiple linear regression. Results: According to the results of one-way ANOVA and multivariate regression, the ability of human resources in education dimensions (P = 0.000), initiative (P = 0.000), perceived flexibility (P = 0.000), organizational commitment (0.001 = P), Knowledge sharing (P = 0.002) and innovation culture (P = 0.001) have a significant effect on health care innovation. Conclusion: It is essential that the managers of these hospitals pay more attention to have highly professional human resources and promoting them at the hospital in order to improve healthcare innovation.
