بررسی نتایج اجرای مدل تعالی سازمانی بر عملکرد بیمارستان از دیدگاه مدیران ارشد و میانی بیمارستانهای شریعتی و چمران تهران در سال1392

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: سازمانها با به کارگیری مدل تعالی سازمانی، زمینه مقایسه عملکرد خود را با دیگران و الگوبرداری از بهترین تجارب سازمانهای موفق را در راستای بهبود مستمر عملکرد فراهم میآورند. هدف اصلی این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر مدل تعالی سازمانی اجرا شده بر عملکرد بیمارستانها بوده است. روش پژوهش: روش تحقیق توصیفی است. جامعه آماری بصورت کل شماری و شامل 50 نفر از مدیران ارشد و میانی بیمارستانهای شهید چمران و دکتر شریعتی میباشد. اطلاعات پس از جمعآوری توسط نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 18 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. دادههای کمی به صورت انحراف معیار ± گزارش شدند. به منظور مقایسه سایر متغیرهای کمی از آزمون t-test دو نمونهای استفاده شد و ضریب اطمینان آزمونها 05% در نظر گرفته شده است. یافتهها: در تحلیل آماری بعد تعهد مدیریت با میانگین و انحراف معیار 01/16±87/57 دارای بیشترین امتیاز و بهبود در نتایج بیمارستان با میانگین و انحراف معیار 41/17±16/51 دارای کمترین امتیاز بدست آمد. بین بعد نمرات کل خودارزیابی حاصل از اجرای مدل تعالی سازمانی و عملکرد دو بیمارستان (شریعتی و چمران) ارتباط معنادار آماری مشاهده شد (001/0>P). نتیجهگیری: با بررسی یافتههای تحقیق مشخص گردید که مدل تعالی سازمانی اجرا شده بر عملکرد بیمارستانها تأثیر مثبت و قابل توجه دارد و لذا در این راستا راهکارها و پیشنهادهای به مجریان جامعه آماری ارائه گردید.
Introduction: Organizations using business excellence model, compare their performance with the others and emulate the best practices of successful organizations in order to provide continuous improvement of performance. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of organizational excellence has been implemented on the performance of hospitals. Methods: Research method is surveying descriptive. Statistical society (population) are total counted and contains 50 individuals of top and middle managers of “Sh. Chamran” and “Dr. Shariati” hospitals. Data are processed by Rev. 18 of SPSS software. Quantitative data are reported as standard deviation (±) and qualitative mean data as quantity (%). Two sample T-test was used to compare other quantitative variables and statistical significance level was considered 0.5% for tests. Results: In statistical analysis, management commitment dimension with mean and standard deviation 57.87±16.01 had maximum, and improvement in hospital results with mean and standard deviation 51.16±17.41 had minimum scores. There was a statistical significant association (P<0.001) between self assessment total scores taken from organizational excellence model and operation of two hospitals (Shariati and Chamran) Conclusion: Considering results of this study show that accomplished organizational excellence model has a positive and major effect on hospital operation; so some suggestions were recommended to population executives.
