چکیده مقاله :
هدف از انجام این پژوهش طراحی مدل شاخصهای انتخاب سرمربی تیم ملی والیبال جمهوری اسلامی ایران بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی و به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، روسا و مدیران (سابق و فعلی) فدراسیون والیبال که در عرصه ورزش و مدیریت سوابق اجرایی داشتهاند، همچنین سرمربیان تیمهای ملی والیبال بزرگسالان، جوانان و نوجوانان، و... بودند که به نوعی در امر انتخاب سرمربی دخیل هستند. با توجه به هدف پژوهش انتخاب نمونه آماری به صورت نمونهگیری هدفمند و به شیوه گلولهبرفی بوده است. روش این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی بود، ابزار اندازهگیری در این پژوهش انجام مصاحبههای کیفی با متخصصین حوزه والیبال تا حد رسیدن به اشباع نظری بود. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که شاخصهای انتخاب سرمربی تیم ملی والیبال به 4 شاخص اصلی یعنی شاخص مدیریتی، شاخص فنی، شاخص شخصیتی و شاخص اجتماعی بستگی دارد که هر کدام از این شاخصها به زیرمجموعههایی تخصصی تقسیم میشوند که عبارتند از شاخصهای مدیریتی (10 شاخص)، شاخصهای فنی (12 شاخص)، شاخصهای اجتماعی (9 شاخص) و در نهایت شاخصهای شخصیتی (9 شاخص). با توجه به نتایج پژوهش میتوان پیشنهاد داد که مسئولین و اعضای کمیته فنی فدراسیون والیبال در انتخاب سرمربی تیم ملی به گزینش افرادی اقدام نمایند که دارای شاخصها و معیارهای تعیین شده از سوی متخصصین باشند تا شاهد پیشرفت و موفقیت روز افزون تیم ملی والیبال در رقابتهای بینالمللی باشیم.
The purpose of this research was to design a model of indicators for selecting the head coach of the national volleyball team of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The research method was descriptive-analytical and practical in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the research was the presidents and managers (former and current) of the volleyball federation who had executive records in the field of sports and management, as well as the head coaches of the adult, youth and youth national volleyball teams, etc., who are somehow involved in the selection of the head coach. According to the purpose of the research, the statistical sample was selected in the form of purposeful sampling and snowball method. The method of this research was descriptive-analytical and practical in terms of the goal, the measurement tool in this research was conducting qualitative interviews with experts in the field of volleyball until reaching theoretical saturation. The results of the research showed that the indicators for the selection of the head coach of the national volleyball team depend on 4 main indicators, i.e. managerial indicators, technical indicators, personality indicators and social indicators. technical indicators (12 indicators), social indicators (9 indicators) and finally personality indicators (9 indicators). According to the results of the research, it can be suggested that the officials and members of the technical committee of the volleyball federation, in selecting the head coach of the national team, select people who have the indicators and criteria set by the experts in order to witness the increasing progress and success of the national volleyball team in international competitions.
