ارائه مدل توسعه تابآوری سازمانهای ورزشی از طریق شایستگیهای عملکرد مجازی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف از این پژوهش، ارائه مدل توسعه تابآوری سازمانهای ورزشی از طریق شایستگیهای عملکرد مجازی بود. از اینرو روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی و با رویکرد تماتیک بود. جامعه آماری شامل دو بخش منابع انسانی (اساتید و مدیران) و منابع اطلاعاتی (کتابها، مقالات، اسناد، رسانهها و ...) بود. نمونهگیری به تعداد قابل کفایت و با روش قضاوتی بر مبنای رسیدن به اشباع نظری انجام شد (18 نفر). ابزار پژوهش شامل مطالعه کتابخانهای نظاممند و مصاحبههای اکتشافی ساختارمند بود. روایی ابزار بر اساس اعتبار حقوقی و علمی نمونه، نظر خبرگان و توافق بین مصححان ارزیابی و تأیید گردید. جهت تحلیل یافتهها از روش کدگذاری مفهومی چندمرحلهای با رویکرد تحلیل سیستمی استفاده شد. نتایج کدگذاری گزینشی نشان داد که شایستگیهایی نظیر شایستگیهای رفتار مجازی، شخصیت مجازی، مدیریتی، دانشی و رسانهای ازجمله مهمترین شایستگیهای مجازی مؤثر بر تابآوری در سازمانهای ورزشی میباشد. بنابراین برنامهریزی و تلاش در جهت توسعه شایستگیهای مجازی میتواند تابآوری سازمانهای ورزشی را در بحرانهای مختلف همچون بحران اقتصادی و سلامتی (همچون همهگیری ویروس کرونا) ارتقاء دهد.
The purpose of this research was to provide a model of resilience development of sports organizations through virtual performance competencies. Therefore, the research method was qualitative and with a thematic approach. The statistical population included two parts of human resources (professors and administrators) and information sources (books, articles, documents, media, etc.). Sampling was done in a sufficient number and with a judgment method based on reaching theoretical saturation (18 people). The research tools included systematic library study and structured exploratory interviews. The validity of the tool was evaluated and confirmed based on the legal and scientific validity of the sample, expert opinion and agreement between the correctors. In order to analyze the findings, a multi-stage conceptual coding method with a systemic analysis approach was used. The results of selective coding showed that competencies such as virtual behavior, virtual personality, managerial, knowledge, and media competencies are among the most important virtual competencies that affect resilience in sports organizations. Therefore, planning and efforts to develop virtual competencies can improve the resilience of sports organizations in various crises such as economic and health crisis (such as the corona virus epidemic).
