چکیده مقاله :
باز تعریف و باز بینی تابآوری فضاهای کاربری بهداشتی و درمانی مفهوم جدیدی است که رویکرد اصلی آن آسیبپذیری کمتر و انعطاف پذیری بیشتر برای شهرها در برابر تنشها و حوادث انسانی و غیر انسانی است به گونهای که یک شهر را طوری بازبینی نماییم که هنگام بحران آمادگی لازم را داشته باشد. در این تحقیق برای شناسائی روابط و تعیین اولویت معیار های تحقیق حاضر از مدلهای تصمیمگیری چندمعیاره و مدل AHP و ANP با رویکرد فازی استفاده شده است. برای تجزیهوتحلیل داده های بدست آمده از محیط نرم افزار تحلیل اکسل و کدنویسی متلب استفاده شده است با مقایسه خروجی تکنیک ANP با خروجی تکنیک FANP میتوان ملاحظه کرد زمانیکه روابط درونی متغیرهای پژوهش نیز در نظر گرفته شود میزان اهمیت و رتبه شاخصهای مطالعه تغییر خواهد کرد که این نشان می دهد با در نظر گرفتن مقایسه زوجی بین متغیرها وزن شاخص ها تغییر کرده با مقایسه زوجی وزن دقیق تری مشخص می شود.
