چکیده مقاله :
زمینه:دانش سازمانی به توانایی اعضای سازمان برای ایجاد تمایز در فرآیند انجام کار خود، بهویژه زمینههای خاص، که به نمایش مجموعهای از کلیات، که کاربرد آنها به درک جمعی تکاملیافته بستگی دارد؛ اشاره دارد.هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر نادانی کثرتگرا بر مدیریت دانش سازمانی انجام شده است.روش:روش تحقیق فراترکیب بوده است. در ایـن پژوهش، نخست ادبیات پژوهشهای مرتبط بررسی شد، سپس ابعاد و مؤلفههای مرتبط با رشد مدیریت دانش و روابط بین آنها شناسـایی شـده و بـا مشورت و توافق تمام خبرگان، به تأیید رسید. یافته ها: یافته های بدست آمده حاکی از آنست که؛. افزایش تسهیم دانش، دانش سازمانی، دانش فردی، انتقـال دانـش در انجمنهای خبرگی، توسعه و تسهیم بهترین تجارب، تعامل بین افراد و تـیمهـا، سـطح مدیریت دانش سازمانی را افزایش می دهد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که؛ مقوله های بررسی شده ابعاد انسانی و سازمانی را در برمـیگیـرد کـه در درون سـازمان بـه پیشـرفت و اسـتقرار مدیریت دانش کمک میکند و بر افزایش سطح مدیریت دانش سازمانی تأثیر مثبت میگـذارد.
Background: Organizational knowledge is the ability of members of the organization to differentiate in the process of doing their job, especially specific areas, which depends on the presentation of a set of generalities, the application of which to evolved collective understanding; Refers.Objective: The present study aimed to investigate the effect of pluralistic ignorance on organizational knowledge management.Method: The research method was meta-combined. In this research, first, the literature of related researches was reviewed, then the dimensions and components related to the growth of knowledge management and the relationships between them were identified and approved with the consultation and agreement of all experts.Findings: The findings show that; Increasing knowledge sharing, organizational knowledge, individual knowledge, knowledge transfer in expert associations, development and sharing of best practices, interaction between individuals and teams, increases the level of organizational knowledge management.Conclusion: The results showed that; The studied categories include human and organizational dimensions that contribute to the development and establishment of knowledge management within the organization and have a positive effect on increasing the level of organizational knowledge management.
