نقش میانجی رفتار تسهیم دانش در رابطه بین رهبری تحول گرا و تناسب فرد - سازمان با رفتار کاری نوآورانه

چکیده مقاله :
این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی رفتار تسهیم دانش در رابطه بین رهبری تحول گرا و تناسب فرد و سازمان با رفتار کاری نوآورانه معلمان مدارس شهرستان اقلید انجام شده است. جامعه ی آماری این پژوهش را معلمان مدارس شهرستان اقلید تشکیل می¬دهند که تعداد آن ها حدود 1300 نفر می¬باشد. جهت انتخاب حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران نمونه 296 نفری به شیوه نمونه گیری تصافی طبقه ای متناسب با حجم انتخاب گردید. جهت اندازه¬گیری رفتار کاری نوآورانه، رفتار تسهیم دانش، رهبری تحول گرا و تناسب فرد-سازمان از پرسشنامه سودبیجو و پرامیسواری (2021) استفاده گردید. پایایی پرسشنامه به وسیله ضریب¬ آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی مرکب و روایی آن توسط روایی سازه و محتوایی مورد بررسی و تایید قرار گرفت. با استفاده از تکنیک مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری فرضیه های تحقیق مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق بیانگر آن بود که رهبری تحول گرا تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر رفتار کاری نوآورانه، رفتار تسهیم دانش و نتاسب فرد سازمان دارد. همچنین رفتار تسهیم دانش نیز تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر رفتارکاری نوآورانه دارد. تناسب فرد سازمان تاثیر مثبت و معنادار بررفتار تسهیم دانش دارد اما بر رفتارکاری نوآورانه تاثیر معناداری ندارد. همچنین رفتار تسهیم دانش نقش میانجی در رابطه بین رهبری تحول گرا و تناسب فرد، سازمان با رفتار کاری نوآورانه ایفا می کند.
This study was done with the aim of drawing a scientific mapping of transformational leadership research and the mediating role of knowledge sharing behavior in the relationship between transformational leadership and the fit of the individual and the organization with the innovative work behavior of school teachers in Euclid city. The statistical population of this research is made up teachers of Euclid city, whose number is about 1300 people. In order to select the sample size, a sample of 296 people was selected using the Cochran formula. In order to measure innovative work behavior, knowledge sharing behavior, transformational leadership and person-organization fit, Sudbijo and Pramiswari (2021) questionnaire was used. The reliability of the questionnaire was examined and confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability and its validity by construct and content validity. Research hypotheses were analyzed using the structural equation modeling technique. The results of the research indicated that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior, knowledge sharing behavior, and individual organizational behavior. Also, knowledge sharing behavior has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. The fit of the individual to the organization has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing behavior, but not on innovative behavior. Also, knowledge sharing behavior plays a mediating role in the relationship between transformational leadership and the fit of the individual and the organization with innovative work behaviorbehaviorbehaviorbehaviorbehaviorbehavior.
