چکیده مقاله :
هدف: هدف از این تحقیق، تعیین ارتباط بین تفکر استراتژیک با پرستیژ سازمانی از طریق رفتارهای سیاسی در کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان فارس بود. روش پژوهش: این تحقیق کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، تمامی کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان فارس به تعداد 114نفر بود، که از این تعداد 93 نفر به عنوان نمونه و به روش نمونه گیری کل شمار با محقق همکاری کردند.ابزار جمع آوری داده¬ها پرسشنامه های استاندارد پرستیژ سازمانی سرمد و همکاران (1390)، تفکر استراتژیک گلدمن (2005) و رفتارهای سیاسی دوبرین (1978) بود. برای توصیف داده¬ها از روش های آمار توصیفی و برای تجزیه استنباطی داده¬ها از روش¬های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون،رگرسيون و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد که بین تفکر استراتژیک با پرستیژ سازمانی رابطه ی مثبت و معناداري وجود داشت و همچنین نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد که ارتباط بین تفکر استراتژیک با پرستیژ سازمانی از طریق رفتارهای سیاسی آزمودنی ها معنادار نبود(01/0P ≤). نتیجهگیری: بنابراین بهتر است به منظور افزایش اعتبار و جایگاه سازمانی توجه بیشتری به تفکر استراتژیک و رفتارهای سیاسی داشت.
Objective: The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between strategic thinking and organizational prestige through political behaviors in the employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Fars. Methods: This research was applied and descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was all the employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Fars in the number of 114 people, of which 93 people cooperated with the researcher as a sample and using the total number sampling method. Data collection tools were standard organizational prestige questionnaires. Sarmad et al. (2013), Goldman's strategic thinking (2005) and Dobrin's (1978) political behaviors. Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and Pearson's correlation coefficient, regression, and structural equations were used to analyze the data. Results: The results of the research showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between strategic thinking and organizational prestige, and the results of the research showed that the relationship between strategic thinking and organizational prestige through the subjects' political behaviors was not significant (P ≤ 0.01). Conclusions: Therefore, it is better to pay more attention to strategic thinking and political behaviors in order to increase the credibility and status of the organization.
