ارائه الگوی رهبری دیجیتال در نظام آموزش عالی کشور: مطالعه فراترکیب

چکیده مقاله :
موفقیت نظام آموزش عالی در عصر حاضر نیازمند پایش، پاسخگویی و هماهنگی با تحولات دیجیتال حاکم بر تمامی ارکان زندگی فردی و اجتماعی است. به این جهت هدف تحقیق ارائه الگوی رهبری دیجیتال در نظام آموزش عالی کشور بوده است. روش این پژوهش کیفی با رویکرد فراترکیب بوده است که در جامعه مجلات معتبر ملی و بین المللی از سال 2000 تا 2024 اجرا شد و تعداد 63 مقاله به عنوان نمونه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که در نهایت 28مقاله با توجه به روش کدگذاری با استفاده از نرم افزار Maxqda مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته¬های تحقیق مطابق با مطالعه فراترکیب نشان داد که رهبری دیجیتال در آموزش عالی در ابعاد فرهنگ دیجیتال؛ زیرساخت فناوری؛ نگرش دیجیتال؛ تفکر اکوسیستمی؛ تحول دیجیتال؛ بهبود نظام¬مند؛ سواد دیجیتال؛ چابکی و انعطاف¬پذیری و تفکر مشارکتی بوده است. يافته¬هاي اين پژوهش در كشور كاملاً جديد است. با عنایت به یافته¬های پژوهش حاضر بهره¬گیری از مولفه¬های اساسی رهبری دیجیتال در نظام آموزش عالی باعث بهبود فرایند سازگاری و پاسخگویی به تحولات عصر دیجیتال در نظام آموزش عالی خواهد شد.
The success of the higher education system in the present era requires monitoring, accountability, and coordination with the digital developments that govern all elements of individual and social life. For this reason, the aim of the research was to present a digital leadership model in the country's higher education system. The method of this qualitative research was a meta-synthesis approach that was implemented in the community of reputable national and international journals from 2000 to 2024, and 63 articles were examined as a sample, of which 28 articles were finally analyzed using the Maxqda software according to the coding method. The research findings, in accordance with the meta-synthesis study, showed that digital leadership in higher education was in the dimensions of digital culture; technology infrastructure; digital attitude; ecosystem thinking; digital transformation; systematic improvement; digital literacy; agility and flexibility, and collaborative thinking. The findings of this research are completely new in the country. Considering the findings of the present study, utilizing the basic components of digital leadership in the higher education system will improve the process of adaptation and responsiveness to the developments of the digital age in the higher education system.
