چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه : هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی اثر هشت هفته تمرینات مقاومتی اثر هشت هفته تمرینات مقاومتی بر ترکیب بدنی دبیران تربیت بدنی بود. روش شناسی تحقیق : تحقیق حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی و کاربردی بود که به روش میدانی اجرا شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر را دبیران مرد شهرستان مرودشت تشکیل داد که از بین آنها تعداد 30 نفر بصورت داوطلبانه در دسترس انتخاب شد و در دو گروه تمرین مقاومتی (15 نفر ) و گروه کنترل (15 نفر ) قرار گرفتند. در ابتدا پس از مشخص شدن نمونه در جلسه ای از قبل هماهنگ شده ترکیب بدنی ( درصد چربی ، درصد توده پروتیین ، درصد آب بدن ، درصد توده خالص بدن ، درصد توده مواد معدنی ) آزمودنی های تحقیق توسط دستگاه ترکیب بدنی اندازه گیری شد و در پایان هفته هشتم مجددا آزمون های اولیه بعمل آمد . از آمار توصیفی برای شاخص های مرکزی، پراکندگی و ترسیم جداول استفاده شد. در بخش آمار استنباطی، از آزمون شاپیر - ویلک برای توزیع طبیعی داده ها استفاده گردید. جهت آزمون یافته های تحقیق ازآزمون آزمون t وابسته و مستقل استفاده شد. کلیه عملیات آماری توسط نرم افزار 22/SPSS و سطح معناداری آزمون ها 05/0 ≥α در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها : نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که هشت هفته تمرینات مقاومتی اثر معنی داری بر درصد چربی بدن ( 01/0= p ) ، درصد توده خالص بدن ( 01/0= p ) ، درصد توده پروتیین ( 01/0= p ) و درصد آب بدن ( 01/0= p ) دبیران تربیت بدنی دارد .نتیجه گیری : به نظر می رسد تمرینات مقاومتی روش مناسبی برای بهبود ترکیب بدنی و کسب تندرستی و سلامتی باشد .
Introduction: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of eight weeks of resistance training on the body composition of physical education teachers. Research Methodology:The present study was a semi-experimental and applied study that was conducted using a field method. The statistical population of the present study consisted of male teachers in Marvdasht city, from which 30 people were voluntarily selected and placed in two resistance training groups (15 people) and control group (15 people). Initially, after the sample was determined in a pre-coordinated session, the body composition (fat percentage, protein mass percentage, body water percentage, lean body mass percentage, mineral mass percentage) of the research subjects was measured by a body composition device and at the end of the eighth week, the initial tests were performed again. Descriptive statistics were used for central indices, dispersion and drawing tables. In the inferential statistics section, the Shapiro-Wilk test was used for the normal distribution of data. To test the research findings, dependent and independent t-tests were used. All statistical operations were performed by SPSS/22 software and the significance level of the tests was considered to be α ≥ 0.05. Findings: The results of this study showed that eight weeks of resistance training had a significant effect on the percentage of body fat (p=0.01), percentage of lean body mass (p=0.01), percentage of protein mass (p=0.01) and percentage of body water (p=0.01) of physical education teachers. Conclusion: Resistance training seems to be a suitable method for improving body composition and achieving health and wellness
