سنجش تاثیر مولفههای کیفی مسکن بر سلامت روان ساکنان خانههای کوتاه مرتبه و میان مرتبه(نمونه موردی: محله زعفرانیه تبریز)

امروزه، محیط نابسامان سکونتگاههای انسانی و شهرها بعنوان یکی از عوامل موثر در استرس و تنشهای روانی انسانها محسوب میشود که این امر موجب افزایش تمرکز بر روی مطالعات میان رشتهای در رابطه با نقش محیط بر سلامت روان بدنبال بررسی محیط شهری برای کاهش تنشهای موجود شدهاست. باتوجه به نقش بالقوه محیط کالبدی بر استرس، افسردگی و سایر شاخصهای سلامت روان، ضروری است که جوانب مختلف نقش آن بررسی شود. بدین منظور در این مقاله، با هدف بررسی موشکافانه تأثیر جداگانه مولفههای کیفی مسکن بر سلامت روانی افراد با تقسیم بندی خانهها در دسته بندی خانههای کوتاه مرتبه و میان مرتبه، به مطالعه دقیق هر یک از گونههای مسکن پرداخته شد. بدین منظور در این نوشتار، علاوه بر سنجش تاثیر مولفههای کیفی مسکن بر سلامت روان شهروندان، بدنبال دستیابی به چگونگی اثرگذاری ارتفاع انواع خانهها بر سلامت روان شهروندان نیز میباشد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش از نوع علی-مقایسهای بوده که با جمعیت آماری100 نفر(زن و مرد) از میان افرادساکن در خانههای کوتاه مرتبه(1تا2 طبقه) و خانههای میان مرتبه(4تا8 طبقه) در محله زعفرانیه شهر تبریز مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتهاست که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. یافتهها نشان میدهند که هریک از مولفهها در سلامت روانی افراد در انواع خانهها دارای نقشهای متفاوتی میباشند و بطور خلاصه میتوان چنین نتیجه گیری کرد که مولفهی کالبدی در سلامت روانی ساکنان خانههای کوتاه مرتبه نقش مهمتری نسبت به سایر مولفهها داشته و در مورد عدم سلامت روانی آنان، مولفه فرهنگی اجتماعی نقش پررنگ تری ایفا میکند. همچنین، در مورد ساکنان خانههای میانمرتبه چنین میتوان اذعان داشت که مولفههای عملکردی و کالبدی نقش مهمی در عدم سلامت روانی آنها نسبت به سایر مولفهها داشته اند و بطور کلی افراد ساکن در خانههای کوتاه مرتبه به مراتب دارای سلامت روانی بیشتری نسبت به افراد ساکن در خانههای میان مرتبه میباشند. |

Today, the chaotic environment of human settlements and cities is considered one of the effective factors in stress and psychological tensions of humans, which has led to an increased focus on interdisciplinary studies regarding the role of the environment on mental health in order to investigate the urban environment to reduce existing tensions. Given the potential role of the physical environment on stress, depression and other mental health indicators, it is necessary to examine various aspects of its role. For this purpose, in this article, with the aim of closely examining the separate impact of housing quality components on the mental health of individuals by dividing houses into low-rise and medium-rise houses, a detailed study of each type of housing was conducted. For this purpose, in addition to measuring the impact of housing quality components on the mental health of citizens, this article also seeks to achieve how the height of different types of houses affects the mental health of citizens. The research method in this study was a causal-comparative study that was conducted with a statistical population of 100 people (male and female) from among the residents of low-rise houses (1 to 2 floors) and medium-rise houses (4 to 8 floors) in the Zafaraniyeh neighborhood of Tabriz city, who were selected using purposive sampling. The findings show that each component has different roles in the mental health of people in different types of houses, and in summary, it can be concluded that the physical component plays a more important role in the mental health of residents of low-rise houses than other components, and in the case of their lack of mental health, the sociocultural component plays a more prominent role. Also, in the case of residents of mid-rise houses, it can be acknowledged that functional and physical components have played a more important role in their mental health than other components, and in general, people living in low-rise houses have much better mental health than people living in mid-rise houses. |
