چکیده مقاله :
تحقیق حاضر با هدف روابط ساختاری آگاهی از حقوق ورزشی، مسولیت پذیری اجتماعی، انسجام تیمی و اخلاق حرفه ای در ورزشکاران طراحی و اجرا گردید. تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی می باشد که از منظر هدف، جز تحقیقات کاربردی می باشد که به صورت میدانی انجام گردید. روش تحقیق حاضر از نظر روش گرد آوری داده ها، پیمایشی میباشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی ورزشکاران حرفه ای مرد فعال در ورزش بسکتبال بودند که در لیگ برتر بسکتبال سال ۱۴۰۲-۱۴۰۳ مشغول به فعالیت بودند که تعداد آنان بر اساس برآوردهای انجام شده حدود ۳۰۰ نفر بود. با توجه به جدول حجم نمونه مورگان، تعداد ۱۶۹ نفر بر اساس روش نمونه گیری دردسترس به عنوان نمونه پژوهش مشخص گردیدند. در نهایت پس از پخش و جمع آوری پرسشنامه های پژوهش؛ تعداد ۱۲۵ پرسشنامه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در تحقیق حاضر پرسشنامه استاندارد بود. در تحقیق حاضر از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده گردید. در بخش آمار توصیفی از میانگین و انحراف استاندارد استفاده گردید. همچنین جهت بررسی عوامل تحقیق از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. کلیه روند تجزیه و تحلیل داده¬های پژوهش حاضر در نرم افزارهای SPSS و PLS انجام شد. مطابق با نتایج مدل پژوهش مشخص گردید که با توجه به میزان تی روابط مشخص گردید که تمامی روابط تحقیق به علت بالاتر بودن سطح تی از ۹۶/۱ معنادار می باشد. به صورتی که نتایج نشان داد که آگاهی از حقوق ورزشی بر مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی تاثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین آگاهی از حقوق ورزشی بر اخلاق حرفه ای و انسجام تیمی تاثیر معناداری دارد. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی بر اخلاق حرفه ای و انسجام تیمی تاثیر معناداری دارد. مطابق با نتایج مدل همچینن مشخص گردید که اخلاق حرفه ای بر انسجام تیمی تاثیر معناداری دارد. به منظور بررسی برازش مدل پژوهش از شاخصهای منتخب استفاده گردید.
The present study was designed and implemented with the aim of structural relationships between awareness of sports rights, social responsibility, team cohesion and professional ethics in athletes. The present study is a descriptive research type, which from the perspective of the objective is an applied research that was conducted in the field. The method of the present study is a survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the study included all male professional athletes active in basketball who were active in the Basketball Premier League in 2023-2024, whose number was about 300 people based on estimates. According to Morgan's sample size table, 169 people were identified as the research sample based on the available sampling method. Finally, after distributing and collecting the research questionnaires; 125 questionnaires were analyzed. The data collection tool in the present study was a standard questionnaire. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used in the present study. The mean and standard deviation were used in the descriptive statistics section. Also, the structural equation method was used to examine the research factors. All data analysis processes of the present study were carried out in SPSS and PLS software. According to the results of the research model, it was determined that according to the t-value of the relationships, it was determined that all research relationships were significant due to the t-value being higher than 1.96. The results showed that awareness of sports law has a significant effect on social responsibility. Also, awareness of sports law has a significant effect on professional ethics and team cohesion. The results also showed that social responsibility has a significant effect on professional ethics and team cohesion. According to the results of the model, it was also determined that professional ethics has a significant effect on team cohesion. In order to examine the fit of the research model, selected indicators were used.
