نقش واسطه ای ذهنی سازی عاطفه در رابطۀ بین سبک های دلبستگی و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی

هـدف ایـن پژوهـش تعییـن نقـش واسـطه ای ذهنی سـازی عاطفـه در رابطـۀ بیـن سـبک های دلبسـتگی و عـدم تحمـل بلاتکلیـفی در دانشـجویان و روش پژوهـش همبسـتگی بـا بـر مدل یـابی معـادلات سـاختاری بـود. 452 نفـر از دانشـجویانی کـه در سـال تحصیـلی 1400-1401 در اسـتان تهـران مشـغول بــه تحصیـل بودنـد بــا روش نمونه بـرداری در دســترس انتخــاب شـدند و مقیــاس عـدم تحمـل بلاتکلیــفی (فریسـتون، رئـوم، لترتـه، دوگاس و لادوسـر، ۱۹۹۴)، سیاهــۀ دلبســتگی بزرگســال (بشــارت، 2013) و مقیــاس ذهنی ســازی عاطفــه (گرینبــرگ، کــولاسی، هگســتد، برکوویتــز و جوریســت، 2017) را تکمیـل کردنـد. تحلیـل داده هـا بـا روش مدل یـابی معـادلات سـاختاری نشـان داد مـدل سـاختاری پژوهـش بـا داده هـای گـردآوری شـده بـرازش دارد. ذهنی سـازی عاطفـه رابطـۀ بیـن دلبسـتگی ایمـن بـا عـدم تحمـل بلاتکلیـفی را بـه صـورت منـفی و رابطـۀ بیـن سـبک دلبسـتگی دوسـوگرا بـا عـدم تحمـل بلاتکلیـفی را بـه صـورت مثبـت معنـادار واسـطه گری کـرد امـا ضریـب مسیـر غیرمسـتقیم بیـن دلبسـتگی اجتنـابی و عـدم تحمـل بلاتکلیـفی معنـادار نبـود. بنابرایـن یافته هـا از ایـن ایـده حمایـت می کنـد کـه تـوان ذهنی سـازی عاطفـه دانشـجویان بـر افزایـش تحمـل آن هـا در مقابـل بلاتکلیـفی اثــر مطلــوبی دارد و بــا توجــه بــه عملکــرد محافظــتی ذهنی ســازی عاطفــه می تــوان برنامه هــای آمــوزشی یــا درمــانی مبتــنی بــر آن را بــرای ایــن امــر در نــ ظر گرــ فت
This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of mentalized affectivity in the relationship between attachment styles and intolerance of uncertainty among university students. Research method was correlation based on structural equation modeling. 452 students who were studying in Tehran province in the academic year of 1400-1401 were selected through convenience sampling and filled out Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale (Freeston, Rhéaume, Letarte, Dugas & Ladouceur, 1994), Adult Attachment Inventory (Besharat, 2013) and Mentalized Affectivity Scale (Greenberg, Kolasi, Hegsted, Berkowitz & Jurist, 2017). SEM analysis showed that the structural model of the research fits the collected data. Mentalized affectivity mediates the relationship between secure attachment and intolerance of uncertainty negatively, and the relationship between ambivalent attachment style and intolerance of uncertainty positively, but the coefficient of the indirect path between avoidant attachment and intolerance of uncertainty was not significant. Therefore, findings support the idea that students’ capacity to mentalize affectivity has a positive effect on their tolerance of uncertainty and considering the protective function of mentalized affectivity, it is possible to consider educational or therapeutic programs based on it for this.
