چکیده مقاله :
تحقيق حاضر با هدف كلي طراحي فرایندی مدل سازمان باز در نظام آموزش عالي (دانشگاه هاي منتخب استان كردستان)انجام شد. روش شناسی: پژوهش حاظر با بهره گيري از روش آميخته (كمي - كيفي)به عنوان روش تحقيق استفاده شد. از حيث هدف كاربردي مي باشد. جامعه و نمونه آماري در بخش كيفي اساتيد و مديران دانشگاه هاي منتخب استان كردستان و از طريق روش هدفمند و تكنيك گلوله برفي انتخاب شدند و جامعه آماري در بخش كمي را کارکنان دانشگاه هاي منتخب به تعداد 204 نفر تشكيل دادند گرد آوري داده هاي پژوهش از طريق پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته ای که گویه های آن از دل داده های کیفی مستخرج از مرحله نخست پژوهش تدوین شده بود انجام گرفت. سپس بررسي تأييد مدل در بين كاركنان دانشگاه هاي منتخب با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و ليزرل انجام شد. یافتهها: در اين پژوهش ابعاد و مولفه هاي سازمان باز طراحی شده در نمونه آماری مورد پژوهش با مولفه های تحت عنوان رهبري باز، كاركنان باز، ساختار باز، فرهنگ باز و فناوري باز تدوين شد. نتیجهگیری: توجه و استقرار سازمان باز موجب افزايش بهره وري و عملكرد مديران و كاركنان، افزايش عملكرد سازمان و همچنين آمادگي و انعطاف پذيري سازمان را براي تسهيل تغييرات مثبت فراهم مي نمايد. پژوهش حاظر به يكي از انواع مدل سازمان كه از نظر محققان داخلي كمتر به آن توجه شده در استقرار سازمان باز در دانشگاه پرداخته و مدلي در خصوص آن ارائه نموده است.
the current research with the overall goal of designing an open organization model in the higher education system (selected universities of Kurdistan province) Done. Method: The current research was done using the mixed method (quantitative-qualitative) as a research method. In terms of practical purpose. The population and statistical sample in the qualitative part of the professors and managers of the selected universities of Kurdistan province were selected through the purposeful method and the snowball technique, and the statistical population in the quantitative part was made up of 204 employees of the selected universities. The research data was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire whose items were compiled from the qualitative data extracted from the first stage of the research. Then, the validation of the model was conducted among the employees of selected universities using SPSS and Liserl software. Results: In this research, the dimensions and components of the open organization designed in the statistical sample of the research were compiled with the components under the titles of open leadership, open employees, open structure, open culture and open technology. Conclusion: The attention and establishment of open organization increases the productivity and performance of managers and employees, increases the performance of the organization, and also provides the readiness and flexibility of the organization to facilitate positive changes. The current research has addressed one of the types of organization model that has been less paid by internal researchers in the establishment of open organization in the university and presented a model about it.
