چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضرارائه مدل آمیخته حق رشد با رویکرد تعالی بخشی فرهنگی فوتبالیست‌های حرفه ای ایران بود. روش شناسی: روش تحقيق به شيوه آمیخته و مبتني بر نظریه پردازی داده بنياد است. براي جمع آوري دادهها از روش مصاحبة نيمه ساختار يافته استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحليل اطلاعات به روش اشتراوس و كوربين (1998) انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی شامل خبرگان دانشگاهی و کارشناسان خبره حوزه حقوق ورزش به تعداد 17 نفر بودند. روشنمونهگیری به صورت هدفمند قضاوتی بود. لذا با تعیین تعداد 400 نفر از افراد جامعه آماری در فاز اول، تعداد 384 پرسشنامه عاری از هرگونه اطلاعات ناقص و مخدوش برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری انتخاب شدند. یافته ها: بر اساس نتایج تحلیل داده‌های کیفی حاصل از مصاحبه، تحلیل عوامل پرداخت حق رشد در قالب ابعاد 5گانه، شامل شرایط علی (4 مفهوم)، شرایط زمینه‌ای (3 مفهوم)، شرایط مداخله‌گر (3 مفهوم)، راهبردها (4 مفهوم)، پیامدها (5 مفهوم) میباشد. نتایج با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و در قالب معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار SPSS و PLS تجزیه و تحلیل گردید، همچنین مدل تدوین شده از برازش مناسبی برخوردار بود. نتیجه گیری: طرفین قراردادهای ورزشی باید اصول و چهارچوب قراردادهای ورزشی و بندهای اثرگذار بر پرداخت حق رشد (غرامت آموزش) را بشناسند و آن را رعایت کنند، همچنین پیشنهاد می‌شود مسئولین محترم فدراسیون فوتبال تلاش بیشتری در جهت آموزش و اطلاع‌رسانی بیشتر در جهت آشنایی با مصادیق غرامت رشد به بازیکنان و باشگاه‌های فوتبال داشته باشند.
The purpose of this study was Presenting the Mixed Model of Training Compensation with a Cultural Exaltation Approach for Professional Football Players in Iran. Methodology: The research method is mixed and based on data theory. A semi-structured interview method was used to collect data. Data analysis was done according to Strauss and Corbin (1998). The statistical population of the qualitative section included 17 university experts and expert experts in the field of sports law. The sampling method was purposeful and judgmental. Therefore, by determining the number of 400 people from the statistical population in the first phase, 384 questionnaires, free from any incomplete and distorted information, were selected for statistical analysis. Results: Based on the results of the study of the qualitative data obtained from the interview, the analysis of the factors of paying the right to growth in the form of 5 dimensions, including causal conditions (4 concepts), background conditions (3 ideas), intervening conditions (3 ideas), strategies (4 ideas) ), consequences (5 concepts). The results were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations with SPSS and PLS software, and the developed model had a good fit. Conclusion: The parties to sports contracts should know the principles and framework of sports contracts and the clauses affecting the payment of growth rights (training compensation) and comply with them. It is also suggested that the respected football federation officials should make more efforts to educate and provide more information to familiarize with examples of growth compensation to football players and clubs.
