چکیده مقاله :
هدف این مطالعه شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عدم‌قطعیت‌های ورزش سوارکاری ایران با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و به روش آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل مضمون و در بخش کمی از روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی بهره گرفته شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل ۳۶ نفر از صاحب‌نظران حوزه ورزش سوارکاری بودند که به‌صورت هدفمند و بر اساس معیارهای خبرگی انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی از پرسشنامه مقایسه زوجی استفاده شد که براساس یافته‌های بخش کیفی طراحی گردید. در بخش کیفی، برای ارزیابی کیفیت نتایج از شاخص‌های اعتبار، انتقال، قابلیت اعتماد و تأییدپذیری استفاده شد و در بخش کمی، روایی صوری و پایایی به روش آزمون مجدد به‌کار گرفته شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Expert Choice نسخه 11 انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که ۳۶ عدم‌قطعیت در حوزه ورزش سوارکاری ایران وجود دارد که در دو دسته اصلی عدم‌قطعیت‌های شناختی و هنجاری طبقه‌بندی شدند. در بخش شناختی، نابودی نژاد اسب‌های ایرانی به‌عنوان اولویت نخست و مهم‌ترین عدم‌قطعیت شناسایی شد که نیازمند توجه و اقدامات فوری است. انزوای بین‌المللی سوارکاری و تحریم‌های بین‌المللی نیز به دلیل تأثیرات عمیقشان بر آینده این ورزش در رتبه‌های بعدی قرار گرفتند. از سوی دیگر، بودجه فدراسیون و جذب حامیان مالی در میان عدم‌قطعیت‌های هنجاری به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین چالش‌ها شناسایی شدند که به تأمین منابع مالی و پشتیبانی مداوم نیاز دارند.
This study aimed to identify and prioritize the uncertainties in Iranian equestrian sports using an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach. The research was applied in purpose and utilized a mixed-methods design (qualitative and quantitative). In the qualitative phase, thematic analysis was employed, while the quantitative phase applied the AHP method. Participants included 36 equestrian sports experts selected purposefully based on their expertise. Data collection involved semi-structured interviews in the qualitative phase and pairwise comparison questionnaires in the quantitative phase, which were designed based on qualitative findings. In the qualitative phase, trustworthiness criteria such as credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability were utilized to evaluate data quality, while face validity and test-retest reliability were applied in the quantitative phase. Data analysis was conducted using Expert Choice software version 11. Findings revealed 36 uncertainties in Iranian equestrian sports, categorized into two main groups: cognitive and normative uncertainties. Within cognitive uncertainties, the extinction of Iranian horse breeds emerged as the top priority and the most critical uncertainty, requiring urgent attention and action. International isolation and sanctions ranked as subsequent key uncertainties due to their profound implications for the sport's future. On the normative side, the federation's budget and attracting sponsors were identified as the most significant challenges, emphasizing the need for sustained financial resources and support. Limited access to international events and customs-related issues were also highlighted as critical factors impacting the global development and participation in equestrian sports.
