چکیده مقاله :
چکیده: مقدمه: بررسی وضعیت سلامت روانی دانشجویان که قشر جوان و فعال جامعه بوده و دارای جایگاهی خاص در برنامههای سلامتی جامعه است، دارای اهمیت بسیاری است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی وضعیت سلامت روان دانشجویان و همچنین عوامل موثر بر آن است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ روش از نوع مطالعات همبستگی است و جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه شیراز که در سال 1401 مشغول به تحصیل بودند و نمونه آماری این تحقیق از 267 نفر (128 پسر، 139 دختر) تشکیل شد که به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس از بین دانشجویان دانشکدههای علوم انسانی، علوم پایه، کشاورزی و فنی مهندسی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای سلامت روان لاویبوند و لاویبوند، مقیاس ترس از ارزیابی منفی واتسون و فرند، مقیاس کمرویی چیک و باس و مقیاس عزت بدنی فرانزوئی و شیلدز بود. برای تحلیل داده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 22 استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد هر سه متغیر کمرویی، ترس از ارزیابی منفی و عزت به طور همزمان، 22 درصد از واریانس افسردگی، 31 درصد از واریانس اضطراب و 20 درصد از واریانس استرس را در سطح معناداری 01/0p= پیشبینی میکنند. همچنین از بین سه متغیر پیشبین، سهم متغیر کمرویی در پیشبینی سلامت روان بیشتر از دو متغیر پیشبین دیگر است (01/0, p< 56/0r=). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج میتوان گفت، هر سه متغیر کاهش کمرویی و ترس از ارزیابی منفی و افزایش عزت بدنی از عوامل موثر در سلامت روان (اضطراب، افسردگی، استرس) هستند که با توجه به اهمیت سلامت روان در بین دانشجویان پیشنهاد میشود تلاشهای بیشتری در جهت کاهش کمرویی و ترس از ارزیابی منفی و افزایش عزت بدنی در این قشر مهم اجتماع صورت گیرد.
Abstract: Introduction: Examining the state of mental health of students, who are the young and active segment of the society and have a special place in the health programs of the society, is very important. The purpose of this study is to investigate the state of mental health of students and also the factors affecting it. Research method: The current research is a correlational study in terms of methodology, and the statistical population of this research includes students of Shiraz University who were studying in 2022, and the statistical sample of this research consisted of 267 people (128 boys, 139 girls) who were Available sampling was selected from the students of humanities, basic sciences, agriculture and technical engineering faculties. The tools of this research included Lavibond and Lavibond mental health questionnaires, Watson and Friend's fear of negative evaluation scale, Cheek and Bass shyness scale, and French and Shields' body esteem scale. For data analysis, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were used using SPSS version 22 software. Findings: The results showed that all three variables of shyness, fear of negative evaluation and self-esteem simultaneously predict 22% of the variance of depression, 31% of the variance of anxiety and 20% of the variance of stress at a significance level of p=0.01. Also, among the three predictor variables, the contribution of the shyness variable in predicting mental health is higher than the other two predictor variables (r=0.56, p<0/01). Conclusion: According to the results, it can be said that all three variables of reducing shyness and fear of negative evaluation and increasing body self-esteem are effective factors in mental health (anxiety, depression, stress), which considering the importance of mental health among students, it is suggested that efforts More should be done to reduce shyness and fear of negative evaluation and increase body esteem in this important segment of society.
