ارائه مدل پیشبینی مدیریت تعارضات بر اساس باورهای اساسی و همدلی در مشاوران: نقش واسطه ای انعطاف پذیری شناختی و پذیرش اجتماعی

چکیده مقاله :
چکیده مقدمه: مدیریت تعارضها یکی از مهمترین مسائل حوزه ارتباطات در مدیریت جلسات مشاوره، در بین مشاورین حوزه روانشناسی میباشد، از این سو بررسی مدل پیشبینی مدیریت تعارضات بر اساس باورهای اساسی و همدلی با نقش واسطهای انعطافپذیری شناختی و پذیرش اجتماعی در مشاوران از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف جزء پژوهشهای کاربردی و از لحاظ روش از نوع مطالعات همبستگی است. جامعۀ پژوهش را کلیه مشاوران و روانشناسان شاغل در رشته مشاوره و روانشناسی شهر تهران که در بهار سال 1402 که در دانشگاه پیام نور و دانشگاه آزاد مشغول به تحصیل بودند، تشکیل داد که از بین آنها به صورت در دسترس 224 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه مدیریت تعارض رابینز، مقیاس باورهای اساسی کاتلین و اپستاین ، پرسشنامه مقیاس همدلی جردن و همکاران، پرسشنامه انعطافپذیری شناختی دنیس و وندروال، پرسشنامه پذیرش اجتمـاعی کـراون و مـارلو بود. روش تحلیل این پژوهش، تحلیل مسیر بود که با استفاده از آن روابط علی متغیرهای پژوهش بررسی شد. یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل دادهها نشان داد هر دو متغیر باورهای اساسی و همدلی رابطه منفی و معناداری (01/0P<) با مدیریت تعارضها دارد. همچنین میزان شاخصCFI، GFI و NFI نیز بیشتر از 9/0 می باشد که نشان میدهند مدل اندازه گیری متغیرهای تحقیق، مدل مناسبی است و متغیرهای انعطافپذیری شناختی و پذیرش اجتماعی توانست نقش واسطهای در این بین ایفا کند. نتیجه گیری: بنابراین بر اساس مدل پیشنهادی با تاکید هر چه بیشتر بر شاخصهای انعطافپذیری شناختی و پذیرش اجتماعی میتوان از شدت تعارضات بین مشاور و مراجع کاست.
Introduction: conflict management is one of the most important issues in the field of communication in the management of counseling sessions, among counselors in the field of psychology, from this point of view, the investigation of the prediction model of conflict management based on basic beliefs and empathy with the mediating role of cognitive flexibility and social acceptance It is of particular importance in consultants. Research method: The current research is part of applied research in terms of its purpose and correlational studies in terms of its method. The research community was formed by counselors working in the field of counseling and psychology who were studying at Payam Noor University and Azad University of Tehran in the spring of 1402, from whom 224 people were selected as a sample. The tools of this research include Robbins' Conflict Management Questionnaire (1994), Catlin and Epstein's Basic Beliefs Scale (1992), Jordan et al.'s Empathy Scale Questionnaire (2016), Dennis and Vanderwaal's Cognitive Flexibility Questionnaire (2010), Crown and Marlowe's Social Acceptance Questionnaire. (1960) was. The analysis method of this research was path analysis, which was used to examine the causal relationships of research variables. Findings: The results showed that basic beliefs and empathy have a negative and significant relationship (P<0.01) with conflict management. Also, CFI, GFI and NFI indices are more than 0.9, which show that the model for measuring the research variables is a suitable model and the variables of cognitive flexibility and social acceptance can play a mediating role. Conclusion: By emphasizing cognitive flexibility and social acceptance, the severity of conflicts between counselors and clients can be reduced.
