چکیده مقاله :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی افسردگی بر اساس رضایت شغلی و کیفیت زندگی کاری کارکنان شرکت توسعه صنایع ریلی ایرانیان (ایریکو) در ابهر انجام گرفت. این پژوهش از نظر هدف بنیادی و از نظر روش از نوع همبستگی می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تمامی کارکنان شرکت توسعه صنایع ریلی ایرانیان (ایریکو) در بر می گیرد که تعداد کارکنان آن 160 نفر میباشد و 113 نفر به عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شد که از میان کارکنان به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده وبه پرسشنامه افسردگی آرون بک(BDI) در سال ۱۹۶۱ و شامل 21 سوال بوده و رضایت شغلی مینه سوتا (MSQ) که در سال 1967ساخته شد و شامل 19 سوال بوده و کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون (QWL) که در 1973 تدوین شد که شامل 31 سوال بوده پاسخ دادند، در این پژوهش از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف و رگرسیون استفاده شده و داده های جمع آوری شده از طریق نرم افزارSPSS 27 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و نهایتا نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون حا کی از این بود که متغیر رضایت شغلی میتواند افسردگی کارکنان شرکت ایریکو را پیش بینی کند (P<0.05) و متغیر کیفیت زندگی کاری میتواند افسردگی کارکنان شرکت ایریکو را پیش بینی کند(P<0.05).
The present study was conducted with the aim of predicting depression based on job satisfaction and quality of work life of the employees of Iranian Railway Industries Development Company (IRICO) in Abhar. This research is correlational in terms of its fundamental purpose and method. The statistical population of this research includes all the employees of the Iranian Railway Industry Development Company (IRICO), whose number of employees is 160, and 113 people were considered as a sample, who were selected from among the employees by a simple random sampling method and entered into the questionnaire. Aaron Beck Depression (BDI) in 1961 and includes 21 questions and Minnesota Job Satisfaction (MSQ) which was created in 1967 and includes 19 questions and and Walton's Quality of Work Life (QWL) , which was compiled in 1973, which included 31 questions, were answered, in this research, the Kolmogorov Smirnov test and regression were used, and the collected data were analyzed through SPSS 27 software, and finally the results The regression analysis indicated that the variable of job satisfaction could predict the depression of employees of Irico Company (P<0.05) and the variable of quality of work life could predict the depression of employees of Irico Company (P<0.05).
