هدف از انجام این تحقیق، مطالعه استفاده از الگوریتم¬های هوش مصنوعی و حمایت مدیریت در بهبود کیفیت داوری هندبال عراق بود. گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش به دو شیوه کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی صورت گرفت. ابزار جمع¬آوری میدانی داده ها، پرسشنامه محقق¬ساخته بود. حجم نمونه طبق فرمول کوکران 384 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. در بخش آمار استنباطی به منظور تعيين توزیع نرمال یا غیرنرمال داده ها از آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرنوف، به منظور بررسي رابطه بین متغیرها از آزمون همبستگی، براي تحلیل و اولويت بندي مولفه ها از آزمون t تک نمونه¬ای و سپس به منظور رتبه¬بندی مولفه¬ها از آزمون فريدمن استفاده گردید؛ و در نهایت از آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه گام به گام استفاده شد که تمامی تحلیل ها با کمک نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 23 انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که در تحليل رگرسيون گام به گام، حمایت مدیریت ورزشی با ضریب بتا 915/0 به نسبت استفاده از هوش مصنوعی با ضریب بتا 824/0 مولفه¬ای قوی¬تر و اثرگذارتر بر بهبود عملکرد داوری هندبال است. بر طبق آزمون t تک نمونه¬ای، تمامی یازده گویه پرسشنامه در سطح معنی داری قرار گرفتند و تاثیر معناداری این گویه ها بر موفقیت و بهبود عملکرد داوری هندبال در کشور عراق تایید شد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که حمایت مدیریت ورزشی و همچنین اقبال مدیریت به استفاده از فناوری¬های نوین نظیر الگوریتم¬های هوش مصنوعی، تاثیر مستقیم و معنادار بر بهبود عملکرد داوران هندبال در کشور عراق دارد.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance of handball referees using artificial intelligence algorithms and management support in improving the quality of Iraqi handball refereeing. The field data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. According to Cochran's formula, the sample size was 384 people. In the inferential statistics section, in order to determine the normal or non-normal distribution of the data using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test, in order to investigate the relationship between the variables using the correlation test, to analyze and prioritize the components using the one-sample t test, and then to rank the component. Friedman's test was used; And finally, a step-by-step multiple regression test was used, and all analyzes were done with the help of SPSS version 23 software. The results showed that in the step-by-step regression analysis, sports management support with a beta coefficient of 0.915 is a stronger and more effective component on improving the performance of handball referees than the use of artificial intelligence with a beta coefficient of 0.824. According to the one-sample t-test, all eleven items of the questionnaire were at a significant level, and the significant effect of these items on the success and improvement of handball refereeing in Iraq was confirmed. The results of the current research showed that the support of sports management and the management's willingness to use new technologies such as artificial intelligence algorithms have a direct and significant effect on improving the performance of handball referees in Iraq.
