هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه خلاقیت و نوآوری با بهره وری منابع انسانی کارکنان آموزش و پرورش ناحیه یک شهر شیراز بوده است. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری بالغ بر 320 نفر بودند که برای تعیین حجم نمونه براساس جدول گرجسی- مورگان 175 نفر به گونه تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار سنجش در این پژوهش 3 پرسش نامه خلاقیت (تورنس)، نوآوری (مارتین پاتچن) و بهره وری(اچیو) بوده است که روایی و پایایی ابزار مورد تایید قرار گرفت. در تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگسیون چندگانه استفاده شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که بین خلاقیت و نوآوری کارکنان با بهره وری منابع انسانی رابطه ای مستقیم و معنادار وجود دارد. متغیرهای خلاقیت و نوآوری می توانند بهره وری را پیش بینی کنند. بین ابعاد خلاقیت با بهره وری منابع انسانی رابطهای مستقیم و معنادار وجود دارد. هم چنین، مولفه های سیالی و انعطاف پذیری می توانند بهره وری را پیش بینی کنند.
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between creativity and innovation between the productivity of human resources (staff) from Shiraz education district one. The research method was descriptive correlational. The population was more than 320 staff and the statistical samples (175 people) were selected based on Gorjesy and Morgan chart. In this study, three questionnaires measuring tool creativity (Torrance), innovation (Martin Patchen) and productivity (Echiw) were used and their validity and reliability were confirmed. In multiple regression analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient was used. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between creativity and productivity of staff and human resources. The variables of creativity and productivity can predict efficiency. Also there is a significant correlation between the dimensions of creativity and productivity of human resources. Moreover, the fluid component and flexibility can predict efficiency.
