رابطه بین هوش سازمانی و هوش هیجانی با رفتارتابعیت سازمانی در بین معلمان ابتدایی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف از این پژوهش، مطالعه رابطه بین هوش سازمانی و هوش هیجانی با رفتار تابعیت سازمانی معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان سردشت می باشد. روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان سردشت در سال تحصیلی 92-91 می باشدکه با توجه به جدول مورگان 217 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارگردآوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی برادبری وگریوز (2004) با ضریب آلفای (89/0) و پرسشنامه هوش سازمانی آلبرخت (2003) با ضریب آلفای (95/0) و پرسشنامه رفتار تابعیت سازمانی هوی و پالو (2004) با ضریب آلفای (89/0) میباشد. برای آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش از آزمونهای آماری همبستگی پیرسون ورگرسیون چندگانه به روش اینتر، استفاده شد و نتایج آزمونهای آماری نشان داد که: بین هوش هیجانی و رفتار تابعیت سازمانی، بین هوش سازمانی و رفتار تابعیت سازمانی معلمان ابتدایی رابطه مثبت ومعنی دار وجود دارد. همچنین از مولفههای هوش سازمانی تنها مولفه روحیه توانایی پیش بینی رفتار تابعیت سازمانی معلمان را دارد و در مولفههای هوش هیجانی به ترتیب مولفههای مدیریت رابطه، خود مدیریتی و خودآگاهی بهتر توانستند رفتار تابعیت سازمانی را پیش بینی کنند بنابراین با توجه به داده های بدست آمده هوش هیجانی نسبت به هوش سازمانی پیش بینی کننده مناسب تری برای پیش بینی رفتار تابعیت سازمانی معلمان می باشد
The purpose of this research is to study the relationship of teachers’ organizational intelligence and emotional intelligence with their `organizational citizenship behavior in elementary schools in Sardashat Town. The research method was correlational. Out of all teachers in elementary school in Sardasht Town in 91-92 school year, , 217 were selected by random cluster sampling according to Morgan table. The research instruments for gathering the datawere Emotional Travis Bradbry and Jane Graves` Intelligence Questionnaire (2004), Albrecht`s Organizational Intelligence Scale questionnaire (2003) and Hvy and Palv`s organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire (OCB) (2004). The alpha values for theses questionnaires were .89, .95 and .89 respectively. To test the research hypotheses, multiple regression and Pearson correlation were used. The statistical results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior, and also between organizational intelligence and elementary school teachers` organizational citizenship behavior. Among the components of organizational intelligence, only the spirit`s component can predict teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior and among the components of emotional intelligence,the components of relationship management, self-management and self-consciousness predict organizational citizenship behavior stronger. Thus, according to the obtained data,Emotional Intelligence compared to organizational intelligence is a better predictor than teachers` organizational citizenship behavior.
