این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه بین رهبری فکورانه با اثربخشی مدارس ابتدایی شهر قدس بر اساس الگوی پارسونز انجام شده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. از بین مدارس ابتدایی شهر قدس 24 مدرسه به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده و از هر مدرسه 12 معلم به عنوان نمونه پژوهش به تصادف انتخاب شدند و با تکمیل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته رهبری فکورانه و اثربخشی مدارس در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. روایی محتوایی هر دو پرسشنامه به وسیله اساتید صاحبنظر تأیید شد و برای تأیید پایایی، آلفای کرونباخ پرسشنامه رهبری فکورانه96/0 و پرسشنامه اثربخشی مدارس86/0 محاسبه گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون همزمان و رگرسیون گام به گام انجام گرفت. نتایج ضریب همبستگی و رگرسیون همزمان نشان دادند که رهبری فکورانه و مؤلفههای آن با اثربخشی مدارس ابتدایی شهر قدس رابطهای معنادار دارند. همچنین، نتایج رگرسیون گام به گام نشان دادند که بهترین پیشبینیکننده اثربخشی مدارس از میان مؤلفههای رهبری فکورانه، مؤلفه بازخورد است.
The present study aims to evaluate the relationship between reflective leadership and effectiveness of primary schools in Quds cityBased on Parsons model. The research method was descriptive–correlational. For sampling, 24 schools were selected by simple random out elementary schools in Quds City and 12 teachers were selected from each school as the sample. They participated in the research by completing reflective leadership questionnaire andschools’ effectiveness questionnaire. The content validity of both questionnaires were confirmed by expert professors and to confirm the reliability of the questionnaire, the Cronbach's alpha for reflective Leadership was calculated 0/96 and for Schools Effectiveness Questionnaire was 0/86. Analyzing research data was calculated by inferential statistics (Pearson’s coefficient-correlation, inter-regression and stepwise regression). The results of correlation and regression showed that there is a relationship between reflective leadership and its components primary school effectiveness in Quds City. The results of stepwise regression showed that among the mentioned factors, feedback reflective leadership was the best predictor of schools’ effectiveness.
