چکیده مقاله :
سلامت سازمانی عبارت است از توانایی یک سازمان برای انجام موفقیتآمیز مأموریت خود. در مدرسه سالم معلّمان به آموزش و یادگیری متعهد هستند، آنان اهداف بالاتر ولی قابل حصول برای دانشآموزان درنظرمیگیرند، و محیط یادگیری منظم و جدّی است. این تحقیق با هدف «بررسی ادراک معلمان از سلامت سازمانی در مدارس پسرانه دولتی مناطق 3 و12 آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران» صورت گرفته است. از روش تحقیق پیمایشی برای پاسخ به سؤالهای پژوهش استفاده شده و آزمونهای آماری t تکگروهی، t مستقل، و تحلیل واریانس با استفاده از نرمافزار spss بهکار برده شده است. سلامت سازمانی مدارس از طریق پرسشنامه مبتنی بر مدل ماتیو مایلز مورد سنجش قرار گرفته است. نمونة آماری شامل 281 نفر از معلمان در سه مقطع تحصیلی است که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای نسبی انتخاب شدهاند (108 نفر از منطقه3 و 173 نفر از منطقه12). نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد که از نظر معلمان، میزان سلامت سازمانی مدارس هر دو منطقه به طور معنیداری بالاتر از میانگین و رضایتبخش است. مدارس منطقه 3 نسبت به مدارس منطقه 12 از سلامت سازمانی بالاتری برخوردار هستند. در بین مقاطع تحصیلی، مدارس مقطع ابتدایی از سلامت نسبتاً بهتری برخوردار هستند. مدارس مقاطع راهنمایی و متوسطه در مراتب بعدی قرار میگیرند.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Organizational health (OH) is the ability of an organization to carry out its mission successfully. In the health school, teachers are committed to teaching and learning. They consider high but achievable goals for their students, and learning environment is orderly and serious. The purpose of this study is to compare the OH of boy public schools in educational districts 3 and 12 inTehran. The survey research method was used to answer the research questions. One samples T- test, independent samples T- test, and analysis of variance (one way ANOVA) were used to analyze the data. The data were collected through a questionnaire of school health based on Miles model. The sample were 281 teachers selected according to relative randomly sample (108 person from district 2 and 173 person from district12). The results of the study indicated that, in according to teachers, the degree of OH of both districts was significantly above the mean and therefore satisfactory. The degrees of district 12 were greater than those of district 3. Primary schools, compared with guidance and high schools, enjoyed a greater degree of OH.
