چکیده مقاله :
این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر استقرار مدارس هوشمند و ارزیابی مدارس در استان گیلان از دیدگاه مدیران، معلمان و کارشناسان پرداخته است. روش انجام این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی بوده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق را معلمان، مدیران وکارشناسان مدارس هوشمند استان گیلان تشکیل میدهند. نمونه آماری با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد که 129 مدرسه از مدارس استان گیلان را در بر می گیرد. روش گردآوری اطلاعات در این تحقیق، دو پرسشنامه است، پرسشنامه اول در زمینه شناسایی عوامل موثر بر استقرار مدارس هوشمند و پرسشنامه دوم در زمینه ارزیابی مدارس هوشمند است. پایایی پرسشنامهها از طریق آلفای کرونباخ در تمامی موارد 7/0 محاسبه شد. نتایج پرسشنامه اول در این پژوهش نشان داد که عوامل موثر بر استقرار مدارس هوشمند در چارچوب مولفههای برنامه ریزی و هدفگذاری، تجهیز و آمادهسازی مدرسه، آموزش و تجهیز نیروی انسانی، آمادهسازی محتوا، برگزاری کلاسهای آموزش مبتنی بر محتوای چند رسانهای، ارزیابی و سنجش، فرهنگ سازی در ارتباط با فناوری اطلاعات میباشد که بر اساس رتبه بندی، بالاترین رتبه مربوط به مولفه آمادهسازی مدرسه و پایینترین رتبه مربوط به مولفه فرهنگ است. نتایج پرسشنامه دوم که در چارچوب فضا و تجهیزات، توانمندی دانش آموزان و توانمندی کادر آموزشی و اداری بررسی شدنشان داد مدارس هوشمند، از لحاظ معیارهای فضا و تجهیزات، توانمندی دانش آموزان و توانمندی کادر آموزشی ضعیف ارزیابی میشوند و تنها از نظر کادر اداری در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار دارند.
This research tends to recognize the effective factors on implementation and Assessment of smart schools in Guilan province. The statistical sample consists of teachers, and experts in Guilan province schools. Statistical sample was selected by simple random sampling method the 129 school. For gathering information two questionnaires were used. One of them is for recognition of effective factors on smart schools implementation and the other one is for evaluation of smart schools. Reliability of questionnaires was computed by means of Cronbach's Alpha and it was 0.7.The results of the first questionnaire showed that Planning & goal setting, school equipment, education of human force, providing content, holding educational-classes based on multi-media contents, and cultural aspects was the main factors of this Investigation. School equipment and culture were reported as the most and the least effective factors respectively. The results of the second questionnaire that assessed smart schools in terms of educational spaces and equipment, the ability of student, the ability of team, and the ability of office team showed that Smart schools are in desirable conditions only in terms of ability of office team, but they are weak based on other standards.
