چکیده مقاله :
هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی نگرش دبیران و کارشناسان آموزش متوسطه نسبت به عملکرد دانشآموختگان رشته مدیریت و برنامهریزی آموزشی و دانشآموختگان سایر رشتههای تحصیلی شاغل در پست مدیریت دبیرستانهای شهر شیراز بوده است. روش پژوهش مورد استفاده، توصیفی- پیمایشی و علی– مقایسهای بوده، جامعه آماری این پژوهش، تمامی مدیران دبیرستانهای دولتی شیراز و دبیران مربوطه و همچنین کارشناسی آموزش متوسطه نواحی چهارگانه شیراز بوده است، که با استفاده از روش تصادفی طبقهای 75 مدیر و با استفاده از روش تصادفی ساده 375 دبیر انتخاب شدهاند. تعداد کارشناسان آموزش متوسطه نواحی چهارگانه آموزش و پرورش شیراز 15 نفر بودند، که به خاطر افزایش اعتبار یافتهها، از همه آنها مصاحبه بعمل آمده است. و از سه ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ویژه دبیران، مرکب از 55 پرسش بسته پاسخ طیف لیکرت، مصاحبه نیمه سازمان یافته با کارشناسان آموزش متوسطه و اسناد و مدارک پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشآموزان، استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها در سطح آمار توصیفی از شاخصهای فراوانی، درصد میانگین، انحراف معیار و در سطح آمار استنباطی از آزمون-های تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری، تحلیل واریانس عاملی، رگرسیون چند متغیری استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل یافتهها نشان داد که اگر چه تفاوتهایی بین عملکرد مدیران دانشآموخته رشته مدیریت و برنامهریزی آموزشی و مدیران دانشآموخته سایر رشتههای تحصیلی در مهارتهای رهبری، انسانی، آموزشی، اداری– مالی و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشآموزان آنها وجود دارد، اما این تفاوتها در سطح پنج صدم (P<0/05 ) معنادار نمیباشد. نتایج حاصل از بررسی پرسشهای مربوط به متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی مدیران نیز نشان داد که از میان متغیرهای جنسیت، سابقه خدمت و سابقه مدیریت، تنها متغیر جنسیت بر عملکرد مدیران در زمینه پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشآموزان آنها تأثیر معناداری داشته است .
چکیده انگلیسی:
The purpose of this study was to explore secondary education teachers’ attitudes toward graduates of educational administration, curriculum studies and other majors who are working as school principals in Shiraz. The research method was descriptive-survey and causal comparative, and the population included all public school principals, administrators and teachers in secondary education in Shiraz. A sample of 75 principals and 375 teachers were selected using stratified and simple random sampling methods respectively. In addition, all 15 secondary education administrators in all 4 districts of education organization were interviewed. Research instruments were three Likert-scale questionnaires for teachers (55 items), semi-structured interviews with administrators, and documents of students’ academic achievement. In order to analyze data a use was made of both descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (ANOVA, factor analysis, and multiple regression). The results indicated that there was no difference between the performance of graduates of educational administration and curriculum studies and graduates of other majors. Further analysis of demographic variables suggested that only gender impacted significantly the principals’ performance as regards students’ achievement.
